In recent years,cyberspace has become a new source of public opinion,which has gradually become the main source and window of public opinion.Compared with the public opinion in the real society,the public is more inclined to participate in the event discussion with an emotional expression in the cyberspace.The emotional content itself and the emotional expression form an important part of the public opinion.The emotion in the network public opinion mainly displays the expression of individual emotion and the spread of public emotion.the public emotion,as the aggregation of individual emotion,presents a more obvious social effect,which is the main form of emotion in the network public opinion.This paper attempts to take public sentiment as the research object,to explore the dissemination mechanism of public sentiment in Internet public opinion,mainly including the dissemination path of public sentiment,the social effect and how to reduce the negative effect.In order to analyze the spread process of public sentiment more vividly and intuitively,this paper roughly divides it into three paths: emotion generation,emotion aggregation and emotion diffusion according to the spread characteristics of public emotions.Among them,in the generation path of public emotions,multiple individual emotions are awakened at the same time as the starting point,and then emotions are expressed and shared.At this time,public emotions are scattered as independent individuals,lack of linkage between each other,so the impact is weak;in the aggregation path of emotions,through mutual infection between individuals and within groups,emotions are unified and stable from point to surface,and multiple small areas Group emotion formation.The emotions of group members interact with each other,interact with each other,infect each other,spread in a closed loop,and finally achieve group emotional resonance;the spread of emotions focuses on the growing scale of the group,and different groups merge with each other to form a group joint effect,which promotes the formation of a larger public emotional community,and the public emotions reach a climax.Then,with the release of information or the transfer of agenda,it will reach a stable state and gradually subside.From the perspective of each emotional subject,since to some extent the aggregation path is based on the generation path and the diffusion path is based on the aggregation path,these three paths are probably evolving in turn in time,and emotions form a huge emotional community through generation,aggregation and diffusion.However,from the whole process of public emotion communication,different individuals and groups have different time to receive information,and the speed of emotion communication is different,which will make the spread of public emotion dynamic and expansionary,always in the process of change.Therefore,the threepaths are not completely clear-cut and orderly,but intertwined and integrated with each other.The typical performance is that the generation path of public sentiment runs through the whole communication process,and the public sentiment just touching the information is triggered at any time.And with the development of public opinion,especially in the climax of public opinion,the speed of emotional communication is accelerated,and the three paths often exist in the process of emotional communication at the same time.Of course,in the specific network public opinion events,with the gradual evolution of public opinion generation,development,climax and calming down,the three paths of the generation,aggregation and diffusion of public sentiment have their own concentrated time stages,which are almost evolved in turn.In order to explain more clearly,this paper takes "Yuhuan case" as the main case,and analyzes it in turn according to the three paths' respective centralized communication time.In the process of analyzing the spread path of public sentiment,,this paper also examines the positive effects of public opinion on the Internet,which are conducive to releasing negative emotions and promoting fairness and justice,as well as the negative effects of irrational expression,emotional consumption and emotional distortion of the truth.The final goal is to put forward suggestions for predicting the trend of emotional communication,reducing negative emotional communication and reducing the negative effects of emotional communication from the three perspectives of the public,the media and the government.
