With the innovation of educational ideas and IT development,educational models have transformed into a personalize training model,thereby the interaction between teachers and students becomes more and more frequently.These interactions often occur in various types of knowledge-intensive organizations in universities,such as research teams and learning groups.There are a lot of knowledge collaboration situations in scientific research work and learning life,which generate behavior data.These data contain a lot of information that helps to further enhance the efficiency of organizational knowledge collaboration.However,due to the fragmented interaction between teams and the lack of professional information tools,knowledge is difficult to be precipitated and refined,which can't provide a basis for team to carry out knowledge collaboration activities,and even affects the team's and individual's knowledge innovation.Therefore,collecting and analyzing behavior data in the knowledge collaboration situation can help the knowledge precipitation and refinement of knowledge-intensive organization.The results of data analysis can be used,it can provide a basis for students to participate in knowledge collaboration activities,and improve the team's knowledge collaboration efficiency and effect to a certain extent.The study builds Knowledge Collaborative Situation Models based on the meta-model method by combing knowledge collaboration situations in university,and analyzes the behavior data in these situations,and finally recommends knowledge resources for students participating in knowledge collaboration activities,so as to realize behavior guidance of students.Therefore,the main content of the paper is as follows:(1)Knowledge Collaborative Situation Model Construction:Analyzing the situation of college education,the study collected information of knowledge collaboration situations in university,and then built a meta-model of knowledge collaboration situations from the goal-oriented modeling perspective,and finally build models of typical situations for formal representation.(2)Behavior Data Analysis of Knowledge Collaborative Situation:Based on the knowledge collaborative situation model,the analysis goals and ideas of the situation behavior data are determined,and the behavior data collected in the knowledge collaborative platform is analyzed.The topic modeling and time-cuttingbased data analysis methods are finally used to obtain the topic network and topic-based of participants contribution to the network.(3)Student Behavior Guidance for Individual Goals:Based on a series of analysis results such as topic networks and participant contributions,and guided by individual goals of students participating in knowledge collaboration activities,the research used the graph search algorithm to recommend relevant knowledge resources to achieve student behavior guidance.(4)Validation of application examples for knowledge collaboration situations:The study selected specific application examples in different stages of knowledge collaboration activities,recommend related knowledge resources,and then combined the historical data in different stages of knowledge collaboration situations to verify the recommendation results in different methods,in order to prove the feasibility and effectiveness of the behavior guidance method proposed in this article.Figure 16,Table 25,References 95.
