At present,China's industrial development and urbanization are developing rapidly,and the number of occupational diseases and industrial accidents in the process of development has increased dramatically,which has aroused wide concern of the whole society and is a social problem that needs to be solved urgently.Our government has taken a series of measures to prevent industrial injury,but the frequency of accidents has not decreased significantly,the situation is still severe,the work of industrial injury prevention is unprecedentedly more difficult.Industrial injury prevention system is gradually produced in the process of productivity progress and economic development.It mainly takes preventive policy publicity,industrial injury insurance rate adjustment mechanism,cost investment and safety education and training as the main preventive measures.The purpose is to prevent the occurrence of industrial injury accidents before the occurrence of accidents,reduce the incidence of accidents or prevent occupational diseases.Industrial injury prevention system is of great significance to the protection of workers' right to life and health,the normal operation of enterprises and the promotion of healthy economic development and social harmony and progress.Due to the national management system,system construction,government and enterprise's insufficient attention and so on,there are some problems in our country's work-related injury prevention system,such as lack of laws and regulations,lack of unified work-related injury prevention management mechanism,unreasonable work-related injury insurance rate mechanism,lack of work-related injury prevention publicity and training guidance mechanism,and insufficient investment in work-related injury prevention of work-related injury insurance fund.Some developed countries such as Germany,Canada,Japan,the successful experience of inductrial injury prevention system show that only the systems of set clear goals and planning,increased investment in industrial injury prevention costs,establish a scientific mechanism of inductrial injury insurance rate,the forces of social organizations,and government agencies to clear division of labor,publicity and training actively participate in launch and the masses,multilateral force people to inductrial injury prevention awareness,can effectively prevent the inductrial injury accident,to ensure the safety in production well.Therefore,China must fully realize the importance and urgency of the industrial injury prevention system,actively learn from the successful experience and advanced management concept of the international community,and establish and improve the industrial injury prevention system in China.According to the actual situation of our country,the prevention system of work-related injury should be improved in the following aspects: first,the legal system of work-related injury prevention should be improved;second,the main responsibility system of work-related injury prevention should be improved;third,the management system of work-related injury prevention should be established;Fourth,the scientific rate mechanism of work-related injury insurance should be used;fifth,the extraction and use of work-related injury prevention fees should be activated;sixth,the publicity mechanism of work-related injury prevention training should be established.
