Volleyball cushioning technology is the most basic and most important defensive technique in volleyball.Strengthening the research on volleyball cushioning technology also plays an important role in improving the national volleyball competitive level.From the point of view of the related research in foreign countries,there are more researches on volleyball spiking and defense techniques,but less on volleyball cushion ball.In this paper,the diagnosis,analysis and evaluation of the cushion-ball movement in different postures are made to enrich and perfect the theory of volleyball teaching,training methods and the biomechanical analysis of volleyball related sports technology,and to provide some theoretical basis for coaches and health care providers.The subjects of this study were 6 male volleyball team members from Ning Bo university(height: 182 ±7.58,weight: 74.5 ± 9.86).This article mainly USES the experimental method to carry on the research.Biomechanical experiment: through the use of VICON three-dimensional infrared motion capture system,the cushion-ball movement of the three different postures is carried out at high speed,and the variation of the joint Angle of the lower limbs in the process of the pad ball in different postures is recorded and analyzed.On this basis,a comprehensive analysis is conducted in combination with anatomy and kinematics.Teaching experiment: three meters movement experiment and defensive stability experiment were carried out for defensive dunk technique of different postures.From these two experiments,it was determined whether there was difference in movement speed and mat ball stability of different postures.In these three different defensive padded ball positions,the best padded ball posture of volleyball defense was found.The results show that the variation range of the joints of the lower limbs is different during the process of the technical movement,and the three meters movement speed and defensive stability are different.Through research,the following conclusions are drawn:Conclusion 1: when squatting slightly,the flexion range of lower limb joints,such as knee and ankle,is small.In particular,the knee muscle group cannot get effective contraction and the reserve of elastic potential energy is insufficient,which will lead to the weakness of kicking and the effect of defense.When crouching low,the body center of gravity down,the body posture is low,can effectively buffer of strength to the ball,but due to the low squatting lower limb buckling amplitude of each joint is larger,can lead to the excessive resistance of knee and ankle,and corresponding active shrinking machine against muscle,elastic potential energy to a certain extent,get cut,make action to slow down.Conclusion 2:in the 3-meter movement experiment,the slightly squatting defensive posture was shorter than the half squatting and low squatting.In the mat ball stability experiment,the squat defensive posture has an overwhelming advantage in the indicator of "positioning".This test results coincide with the 3-meter movement experiment and the biomechanical experiment.Adopting a high defensive posture can move faster and accurately take positions,providing time guarantee for the defense in volleyball competition.And in the dunk effect and dunk rate,low defensive stability is higher.However,among the three indexes of mat ball stability,the highest comprehensive score of squats is more outstanding.Conclusion 3:combined with the results of the three experimental studies,it can be concluded that the high-posture squats are more conducive to the defensive preparation posture,which is convenient for quick start,movement and positioning;The half squat position is suitable for most of the defensive state,suitable for the general defense to the ball;Low squat defensive posture can effectively buffer faster,more strength of the lob and smash,defense stability is higher.If the three defensive positions can be connected and connected,the defensive effect will be further improved.
