| Objective: The development of dance cheerleading in China is relatively short,and the results obtained in international competitions are not satisfactory.It is urgent to improve the competition performance and special sports ability of cheerleading athletes.Preliminary studies have shown that core stability and twist-type difficult movements are beneficial to improve the performance of cheerleading athletes,and some studies have confirmed that the wave speed(BOSU)ball has a positive effect on the core stability of athletes in other sports.In this study,the method of wave speed ball core stability training was used to explore its influence on the core stability of young dance cheerleaders and the difficulty of turning,so as to provide a scientific basis for the promotion of wave speed ball in cheerleading training.Methods: Using the method of literature,expert interviews,testing,experimentation and mathematical statistics,taking cheerleaders’ core stability and the technical level of twist-like difficult movements as the research objects,to explore the effect of wave speed ball intervention on youth dance lala.Core stability of the gymnast(sit-ups,timed sit-up,SU;trunk extensor endurance,extensor en-durance,EE;trunk flexion and extension range of motion,trunk flexion and extension,TFE;dominant leg standing,dominant leg standing,DLS;dominant side single-leg long jump,dominant leg hop,DLH),the influence of the technical level of the difficulty of the rotation(the number of rotations,the displacement distance,and the time for one rotation).The experimental subjects were the elite 1 and elite 2 athletes of Tianjin Qingying Cheerleading Sports Club,with 20 people in each class.Class1 was the experimental group and class 2 was the control group.Before the experiment,the age,height,weight,Years of training,core stability,and rotation-type difficulty movement indicators were measured.During the experiment,the experimental group adopted wave speed ball core stability training,while the control group underwent traditional core stability training.The experimental time is from July 10,2021 to November 10,2021,for a period of 16 weeks,3 classes per week,a total of 48 classes,the specific class time is: experimental group Tuesday,Thursday,Saturday at 6 pm-8 o’clock;the control group was Wednesday,Friday and Sunday from 6 o’clock to 8 o’clock in the evening.2 hours per class.After the experiment,the two groups of students were tested on the core stability and the difficulty movement index of swivel.result:1.Before the experiment,statistics and analysis were carried out on the relevant data of the experimental group and the control group.The results showed that there was no significant difference between the two groups in age,height,weight,training years,core stability,and the technical level of the difficult movements of the swivel type(P >0.05).2.Compared with before the experiment,the core stability and the technical level of the swivel-type difficult movements of the athletes in the experimental group were significantly improved after the experiment,showing a very significant difference(P<0.01).3.Compared with before the experiment,the SU of the athletes in the control group was significantly improved after the experiment,showing a very significant difference(P<0.01);The time of one cycle of wearing and the one-week rotation of Ala C bar was significantly increased,showing a significant difference(P<0.05);The time,the number of Kupe turns,the number of laps of the Ara C bar,and the displacement distance of the Ara C bar all increased slightly,showing no significant difference(P>0.05).4.After the experiment,compared with the control group,the SU,DLS,the number of rotations of the suction leg,the number of turns of the Ara C bar,and the displacement distance of the Ara C bar all increased significantly,showing a very significant difference(P<0.01);TFE,DLH,number of turns of panning,displacement distance of panning,one cycle time of panning,distance of suction leg turning,one cycle time of suctioning leg,number of cupey turns,distance of cupey turning,one cycle time of cupey turning,Ala The time of C-bar swivel was significantly improved for one week,showing a significant difference(P<0.05);EE was slightly improved,showing no significant difference(P>0.05).in conclusion:1.Before the experiment,compared with the athletes in the control group,there was no significant difference in the basic physical condition,training years,core stability,and difficulty of turning,and there was no significant difference,indicating that the two groups of experimental subjects met the requirements of the experiment.2.After the experiment,the core stability of the two groups of athletes and the difficulty of turning body movements have been improved to varying degrees,indicating that the wave speed ball core stability training and the traditional core stability training have an impact on the core stability and rotation of young dance cheerleaders.Physical difficulty movements have a positive promoting effect.3.After the experiment,compared with the control group,the technical level of core stability and swivel difficulty movements in the experimental group has been improved more significantly,indicating that the wave speed ball core stability training can better improve the core stability of athletes compared with the traditional core stability training.The technical level of stability and swivel difficult movements may be due to the fact that wave speed ball training can mobilize more core muscle groups and strength to maintain balance,increase deep-level stable muscle groups and core muscle groups,and also have strong interest. |
