Under the guidance of the STEM project learning concept,this study carried out research on the design and implementation effects of the traditional fermentation technology in the new curriculum high school "Biology" textbook,in order to integrate the STEM project learning concept into the high school biology curriculum teaching in China.It provides a new perspective for high school biology teaching design.This paper mainly includes the following parts:The first part mainly introduces the background,research significance,research content and research methods of this research,and reviews the foreign and domestic related research.The second part mainly summarizes the connotation and theoretical basis of the STEM project learning,and on this basis,puts forward the teaching design mode under the STEM project learning perspective,so as to carry out the traditional fermentation in the high school "Biology" textbook under the guidance of the STEM project learning concept.Technical topical instructional design provides a solid theoretical foundation.In the third part,under the guidance of the STEM project learning concept,according to the teaching design pattern under the STEM project learning perspective,the traditional fermentation technology topic "Make Kimchi" teaching case was designed,and the implementation of the case was initially reflected.The fourth part mainly analyzes the implementation effect of the traditional fermentation design topic design case under the STEM project learning concept.The questionnaires were mainly used to collect the implementation effects,and the SPSS statistical software was used to statistically process the survey data,including the description and statistics of the sample distribution characteristics of the five survey dimensions and corresponding survey indicators.Based on the description statistics,the chi-square test was used.Inferred statistical analysis was performed on the overall distribution characteristics.The fifth part summarizes the main conclusions of this study and analyzes the shortcomings of this research.
