Students' mathematics epistemic beliefs directly affected their mathematics learning's emotion,including their learning motivation,participation,cognition process and even their study result,which lead to their final mathematics achievement.Mathematics epistemic beliefs is popular in the foreign countries and it gets more attention in our country.Outer factors affect the formation of students' mathematics epistemic beliefs.It's possible to promote mathematics epistemic beliefs by improving outer environment,especially the teaching environment,which is verified effective through experimental research and case studies.According to the features of vocational school students and definite requirements and specific objectives put forward by the latest vocational school curriculum revolution,this article aims at enhancing students' mathematics awareness and literacy by researching teaching strategies on how to improve vocational school students' mathematics epistemic beliefs.Based on the current situation and origin of vocational school students' mathematics epistemic beliefs,this study proposes teaching strategies on how to improve their mathematics epistemic beliefs as follows.First,create life situation to help the students find out the contact between life and mathematics.Mathematics teachers of our school compile school-based textbook called Mathematics in Life as optional course's teaching material.This optional course aims at developing students' interest in mathematics learning,exploiting their imagination and creativity,and cultivating their will.Second,adopt informatization group cooperative learning method.Enable the students to practice by themselves,explore independently and cooperate with each other by using information media.Finally,the teaching strategies put forward by this study proves valid through investigation and interview.The research results show that:Teaching strategies of improving students' mathematics epistemic beliefs are good for the students' mathematics study.The teaching strategies above can improve students' mathematics epistemic beliefs,mainly means the remarkable improvement on the knowledge structure dimension,the learning capability dimension and learning style dimension,but the effect of improving the students' mathematics is not stable.
