Design And Implementation Of Teaching Staff Leave System Based On Android

With the popularity of information technology and the rapid development of mobile Internet,the community gradually in the realization of information management.Colleges and universities of various information management system has gradually shifted from the computer side to the mobile side to meet the needs of college faculty mobile office.In recent years,the scale of our institutions of higher learning has been expanding,teachers travel on business frequently which make the leaving process more troublesome.Achieving mobile office and developing a faculty leave system with a relatively perfect function based on the mobile side is necessary.Mobile terminals can meet the needs of people so that people can visit the system at any time and place,so that faculty can log in leave the system at any time and place to check the leave status of personal,leaders can review and approve the leave in anytime and at anywhere,it provides a great convenience for college staff.According to the present situation of the faculty and staff leave,the author designs and realizes a staffing system based on Android.This paper mainly discusses the methods and main processes of the development of the staff leave system.Firstly,the paper introduces the related technology of the realization system,then uses the modular analysis method to carry on the demand analysis to the system,and establishes the corresponding leave system model,carries on the overall and the detailed design to the frame system and the function of the leave system,finally,it realized the main function of the system,and the relevant tests are carried out and the test results are given.The system is based on the MVC design pattern,based on the J2 EE framework for server development,it uses the Android mobile technology to develop.The data interaction between the client and the server is to communicate using the JSON data format.The system's database is the MySql.The main functions of the system include the general faculty and middle-level cadres leave,leading the approval level,sending the school applications,application orders and employee information table import and other functions.Focus on the user login,leave application,leave the application,leave the approval and other major functions are described in detail.In order to improve the performance of the system,using the Redis database cache to optimize the system,Redis use memory to store data to improve processing efficiency,when the user access is large,it avoids high concurrent problems.The system is based on mobile devices,it provides convenient,simple operation can be anytime,anywhere process the interface of the interactive management platform for the faculty.It provides convenience for the faculty at the same time,but also provides convenience for theleadership and administrators to effectively manage the staff leave.Combined with the school's educational management of the content and requirements,the leave system has a strong practicality,changes the traditional way of leave,so that users can through the phone to achieve a common leave business.
