In the era of continuous development of Communication technology and the information technology, the popularity of mobile terminal and function ceaseless and powerful just like intelligent mobile phone (tablet PC), the mobile learning concept which based on the mobile terminal gradually win support among the people and the vast majority of learners favor, has gradually become a new way of learning. Learners in the face of the great pressure of competition, must continue to carry out the learning. And mobile learning can make learners to achieve learning charging at anytime, anywhere, without the time, space constraints.At the same time, electronic games have gradually developed into a complete industry, it rapid development caused the attention of academia, the combination of the game and education will produce what effect on traditional education mode. The educational game is the combination of education and game entertainment, but also interprets the edutainment concept. Educational game, not only can provide learners rich learning atmosphere, but also stimulate learners’ interest, make the learners to experience the fun of learning.Mobile terminal as the mobile education, educational game in mobile terminal application research is almost blank. As the technology matures, the combination of educational games and mobile learning will become inevitable, so how mobile phone (tablet PC) as the carrier to realize the edutainment mobile learning is becoming a problem what we think about. This topic on the basis of experience of foreign studies, attempts by research of the children of mobile educational games and achieve further development even extend it to other areas of mobile educational games."Snake" is a game for children’s education, the purpose is to let children in daily casual game learning and memorizing the life of common English words. Development process with following process:first of all, is the selection and arrangement of English and the classification of English words; followed by the game needs analysis and Design:including the rules of the game, the game way, game effect, game design of the overall structure; then according to the demand analysis, development and implementation of each module of the game; at the end of the game test it, and the testing result has achieved the anticipated effect, the basic function has reached the practical level in the same time.
