The college entrance examination is a selective examination for high school graduates or those with an equivalent degree to enter a higher-level school, and it is the most socially credible national examination.Chemistry,as a branch of natural science,is an important part of the comprehensive science of college entrance examination subject.Organic chemistry,as an important part of high school chemistry course,is the focus and hotspot of college entrance examination.Exploring the characteristics and laws of organic chemistry examination questions in the national college entrance examination comprehensive test papers will help to improve the quality of organic chemistry teaching in high schools and provide a reference for the teaching and learning of organic chemistry. On the basis of combing the literature, statistics and analysis are made on 14 sets of national college entrance examination comprehensive papers(including volumes I,II,and III)from 2015 to 2019.According to the nature of organic chemistry examination questions, the organic chemistry examination questions are divided into compulsory examination questions and selective examination questions. The research uses textual research method and statistical comparison method.Based on Bloom's educational goal classification and SOLO classification evaluation theory,it consists of seven aspects: the examination content of test questions, presentation methods, situational materials, educational goals, and thinking levels Statistics and analysis are required for the compulsory and selective exams of organic chemistry. The following research conclusions are obtained:(1)The number and score of organic chemistry test questions are relatively stable as a whole, the content of the examination covers a wide range, covering the compulsory and elective knowledge content required by the General Senior High School Chemistry Curriculum Standard(Experimental Draft).(2)The presentation methods used in the national college entrance examination comprehensive organic chemistry test questions include chemical symbols and experimental devices and flowcharts,etc.(3)The medicine situation material is used highest of the frequency in organic chemistry questions.(4)The educational objectives of the organic chemistry examination are 13,among which the comprehension of factual knowledge is the most. The examination of the cognitive process dimension includes five levels of memory and understanding and application and analysis and creation, focusing on the level of understanding and application. The examination of the knowledge dimension includes four types of factual knowledge, conceptual knowledge, procedural knowledge, and metacognitive knowledge, focusing on factual knowledge.(5)The levels of thinking in the examination of organic chemistry test questions include four levels of single-point structure,multi-point structure, related structure, and expanded structure, focusing on the level of related structure.Based on the research conclusions, the following teaching suggestions are proposed:(1)Discover the teaching value of organic chemistry knowledge and deeply integrate it into classroom teaching content.(2)Accurately positioning teaching levels and rationally setting teaching and evaluation goals.(3)Design effective teaching and learning activities to improve students' thinking ability.(4)Guide students' learning methods from multiple directions to improve learning efficiency.
