| In recent years,the social requirements for the quality of teachers have reached an unprecedented height,more and more attention to the training of teachers,teacher education has also entered a new period of development.Teacher training is an important means of teachers’ professional development,and new teacher induction training is an important basis for teachers’ professional development.New kindergarten teacher induction training is an important part of the new teacher training system.On April 13,2020,the state promulgated the implementation Guide for standardized training of new kindergarten teachers,but after investigation,it is found that the research on the training of new kindergarten teachers needs to be further strengthened.Through a large number of literature research,this paper clarifies the importance and necessity of new kindergarten teachers’ induction training,has a certain overall understanding of the new kindergarten teachers’ induction training,and further defines the research problems.In this paper,the new kindergarten teachers in Hebei Province "National Kindergarten Education Project" as the research object,using questionnaires,interviews and other methods,from the basic situation of new kindergarten teachers,training content,training methods,training evaluation and assessment.The research shows that the main problems in the new kindergarten teachers’ induction training in the current "kindergarten teacher training" project are that the training objectives are not detailed enough,the training content is lack of pertinence and practicality,the training method is traditional and single,and the training evaluation is too one-sided.After analysis and study,the reasons for this problem are as follows: first,the training system is not perfect;second,the training contractor is not in place;third,the training attitude of the training teachers is not correct;fourth,the supervision of the relevant local departments is not strict.In view of the analysis of the current situation of the research,the improvement strategies and suggestions for the standardized training of new kindergarten teachers are put forward.It mainly includes perfecting the relevant system of new kindergarten teachers’ induction training;training all parties to improve the degree of attention to the training work;training contractors to do their own work seriously;training programs combined with reality to improve the scientific and effective training. |
