With the continuous deepening of basic education reform,more and more educators pay more attention to the research on constructing effective classrooms.While educators pay more attention to the reform of teaching methods,they also pay more attention to the improvement of teaching efficiency.Effectiveness plays a very important role in constructing effective classrooms.The teacher's instant classroom assessment is the main component of the teacher's classroom assessment,and it is the language of instruction that accompanies the classroom teaching.Timely and effective classroom real-time evaluation can mobilize the classroom atmosphere,stimulate students' learning motivation,and increase communication and interaction between teachers and students.The author learned in the process of in-depth primary school mathematics classroom practice that there are currently many novice teachers of primary school mathematics.They have many deficiencies in the application of real-time classroom evaluation,and their ability to evaluate real-time classroom classrooms needs to be improved.This research takes the familiar mathematics subject of the author as an example,focuses on the real-time assessment of novice teachers,uses the literature method to consult the relevant literature,and summarizes and analyzes the existing research.Based on the existing research and according to the author's research needs,a novice teacher classroom instant assessment observation scale was designed from the five dimensions of evaluation object,evaluation timing,evaluation content,evaluation method,and evaluation function.Four elementary schools were recorded using observation method A regular new classroom for a novice math teacher.The interview outline was drafted from three dimensions: attention to classroom instant assessment,use of classroom instant assessment,and reflection on classroom assessment.Four interviewees were interviewed using the interview method.On this basis,the evaluation of novice teachers of primary school mathematics focuses on individual evaluation and neglects group evaluation,evaluation focuses on relatively instant evaluation,lack of relative delay evaluation,evaluation focuses on knowledge ability,neglect of emotional attitude values,evaluation tendency affirmation and correction,and evaluation lack Guiding and motivating aspects are analyzed,and the existing problems are analyzed,and suggestions are provided that can help novice teachers of elementary mathematics to improve the ability of classroom instant assessment.
