Among the factors affecting students’ growth,school education plays a dominant role.The implementation of school education can not be separated from the classroom teaching of every teacher,through classroom teaching,students can acquire basic knowledge,ability and thought,and improve their essential character.Classroom teaching is an interactive activity between teachers and students in a certain time and space,the efficient classroom mainly refers to in 40 minutes classroom time high efficiency,the high quality completes the education teaching task,the teaching effect achieves the best condition,finally promotes the student and the teacher to develop together,therefore,the construction of efficient classroom for students and teachers is extremely important.First of all,through reading literature and previous works on the text of the concept of in-depth understanding,through the literature clear domestic education researchers and related views of foreign discourse,make clear the connotation of efficient classroom and its evaluation elements.With the continuous implementation of“Double reduction”policy and the gradual reform of educational teaching ideas and teaching methods,the efficiency of classroom teaching has become the focus of teachers’ attention.Under the guidance of the new curriculum standard,the cultivation of students’ accomplishment ability,behavior habit and thinking state is gradually improved,but for the fresh-blooded novice teachers in the school system,the classroom is easy to appear inefficient or ineffective.So what should we teachers do in order to reduce or completely avoid such a situation in the actual teaching process.In this paper,15 novice teachers and 150 students from 4 classes of XX Primary School in Taiyuan were selected as the subjects of the questionnaire,and two of them were the main interviewees,and through the questionnaire and observation of novice teachers classroom teaching in-depth analysis,to determine the novice teachers to build an efficient classroom problems are as follows: efficient mathematics classroom concept not in place;The preparation before class is not sufficient: first,students do not know enough about the preparation of knowledge;second,the analysis of teaching materials and teaching methods is not in place;the teaching process is not handled properly: first,classroom time management is more difficult;second,classroom evaluation is a formality;The task arrangement and evaluation after class are relatively unitary,which can not promote the all-round development of all students.After analyzing and putting forward the countermeasures to solve the problems,before teaching,carefully study the mathematics curriculum standards of primary and secondary schools,grasp the teaching materials accurately,and understand the situation of students through the pre-learning list;Give full play to teaching skills,with the help of multimedia technology,the use of appropriate teaching model management classroom time,evaluation can lead to the role of the role of incentives,after-school according to the students carefully feedback homework,various incentives have been strengthened.
