Athletics,as the most basic project in sports,plays an important fundamental role in the physical and mental health of young people,and on November 28,2017,seven departments,including the State General Administration of Sports and the Ministry of Education,jointly formulated the Youth Sports Promotion Plan,which lists track and field sports as an important part of physical education in all levels of school.However,in recent years,because of the relatively boring content of track and field teaching,teaching methods are also single,coupled with the impact of other new projects,leading to the youth's interest in participating in track and field sports weakened,track and field teaching in the physical education has gradually been snubbed.Based on the preliminary analysis of the theoretical basis and characteristics of the "track and field team expansion game" theory,the study uses the literature method,questionnaire method,expert interview method and mathematical statistics method,and constructs the teaching program from the teaching goal,teaching content,teaching method,teaching step and teaching evaluation,and uses the experimental method to test the effect of learning interest,mental health,social adaptability and track and field special technique.The results are as follows:1.Track and field "team development game" is based on psychoanalytic school theory,cognitive development theory,social and cultural history theory and awakening theory and meta-communication theory.Based on the principle of subjectivity,the principle of interest,the principle of exercise,the principle of cooperation and the principle of safety.2.Track and field "team development game" with experiential,collective,fun and innovative characteristics,is the "flavoring agent" and "lubricant" of track and field teaching,not only fully reflect personal wisdom,enhance the sense of responsibility,but also cultivate a sense of cooperation and team spirit.3.Track and field team to expand the construction of game program design,mainly including the establishment of teaching objectives,teaching content arrangements,teaching methods,teaching steps and teaching evaluation system.Among them,the teaching goal is the direction,the teaching content is the main line,the teaching method is the means,the teaching step is the process and the teaching evaluation is the basis.4.The experimental results showed that the experimental class was higher than the control class in the track and field study interest index,among which there was a high degree of significance in learning positive interest,sports participation,attention to sports and understanding of sports(P<0.01).The experimental class was also significantly higher thanthe control class on the psychological satisfaction index.Among them,autonomy,competence and relationship sense are highly significant(P<0.01).It shows that team expansion game is beneficial to improve students' interest in track and field learning and enhances students' satisfaction with basic psychological needs.5.The experimental class in the social adaptability index overall higher than the control class.Among them,there was a highly significant difference in psychological advantage,psychological elasticity and psychological energy(P<0.01),while there was a difference in interpersonal adaptation(P < 0.05).Explain that the team expands the game to effectively stimulate students' participation and raise the awareness of student cooperation.6.The experimental class is higher than the control class in track and field special techniques(50m running,standing long jump and throwing solid ball),among which there is a highly significant difference between 50 m and solid ball(p<0.01)and a significant difference in standing long jump index(p<0.05).This shows that team expansion games can indirectly improve students' special sports ability and promote their mastery of track and field technology to a certain extent.
