The main characteristics of light instrument gymnastics are various forms,rich contents,strong interest and good exercise effect.It is not limited by the ground.People with different sports levels can practice according to their physical quality and preferences.Light instrument gymnastics can also be combined with sports games to improve students' interest in learning and achieve better exercise results.Through light instrument gymnastics exercises,students' physical quality can be improved while their interest in sports is cultivated,thus laying the foundation for their lifelong sports.According to the physical and mental development characteristics of the first grade students in primary school,this thesis designed a teaching plan of light apparatus gymnastics suitable for their practice.In this paper,two teaching classes in grade one of Dongfeng Road primary school are randomly selected as the control class and the experimental class,with 60 students in the experimental group and 59 students in the control group.The experimental group is a light instrument gymnastics teaching class,while the control group is a regular teaching class.The class time of the experimental class and the control class is 14 weeks,with 3 classes per week and 40 minutes per class.The test indexes of the experiment are selected as follows: 1.Body shape(including height,weight,chest circumference,and scapular skin fold thickness).2.Physical quality(including 50 m running,standing long jump,throwing sandbags forward with both hands on the front,sit-and-reach,jumping in the cross quadrant,and standing on one foot with eyes closed).All the tests results reflect the speed quality,lower limb strength,upper limb strength,flexibility,agility and balance of the testers.Because the first grade students of primary school are not suitable for developing endurance quality,this dissertation does not select endurance as the index.Through the independent sample T test and calculation of ring-on-ring growth rate on the test results of the experimental group and the control group before and after the experiment,the following contents are drawn: Results:1.After the experiment,the growth rate of height,weight,chest circumference,speed,strength,flexibility,sensitivity and balance ability of the experimental group is greater than that of the control group,and the decline rate of scapular skin fold thickness is also greater than that of the control group.2.After the experiment,there was no significant differences between the experimental group and the control group in height,weight,chest circumference and scapular skin fold thickness(P > 0.05).3.After the experiment,the test values of lower limb strength and flexibility of the experimental group and the control group showed significant difference(p < 0.05),and the test values of speed,balance and sensitivity showed very significant difference(p < 0.01).The result of the experimental group was better than that of the control group.There was no significant differences in upper limb strength and waist-abdomen strength(P < 0.05).4.In the experimental group,the growth rate of male students' speed,lower limb strength,upper limb strength,flexibility and sensitivity are all higher than that of female students,while the growth rate of female students' balance is higher than that of male students.Conclusions:1.Light instrument gymnastics teaching did not significantly improve the bodily form of first grade students of primary school2.Light instrument gymnastics teaching can quickly improve the speed,balance,sensitivity,lower limb strength and flexibility of first grade students of primary school students,but the improvement of upper limb strength and abdominal strength is not obvious.3.Light instrument gymnastics teaching plays a more obvious role in improving male students' physical quality.Light instrument gymnastics teaching has distinct characteristics,which is not limited by venues,and is simple and easy to implement.Through light instrument gymnastics teaching,physical education teaching content can be enriched,primary school students' interest in learning can be improved,classroom atmosphere can be activated,and physical quality can be promoted.
