| Research purpose: 5-6 years old is a critical period for children’s growth and development,and also a basic stage for children to form a good physique.Research on the influencing factors of their physique will have a far-reaching impact on the physical health of our future citizens.According to the "Guidelines for Kindergarten Education" issued and implemented by the Ministry of Education in the middle of2001,it is stated that children’s "health" is one of the most fundamental and important contents,which also sets the direction for the development of early childhood education.It is necessary to take children’s health as the basis,and the light equipment sports activities have various forms of exercise and flexible exercise methods,which can have a comprehensive exercise effect on children’s physical quality.This research attempts to take 5-6 year old children in the first kindergarten in the liberated area as an example to carry out light equipment sports activities for eight weeks,and analyze the effect of light equipment sports activities on children’s speed quality,coordination quality The influence effect of lower limb strength,upper limb strength,flexibility quality and balance quality provides a certain theoretical reference for the development of light equipment sports activities in China,and provides a certain theoretical reference for the selection of children’s sports curriculum content in China.Research methods: The main research methods used in this paper are experiment,literature,mathematical statistics and measurement.Forty children in the first kindergarten in the liberated area of Jiaozuo City were selected as the experimental subjects for the study.They were randomly divided into the experimental group of light equipment sports activities(n=20)and the control group of daily sports activities(n=20).Before and after the experiment,the children in the experimental group and the control group were collected for the test indicators.Ten meter turn back run was the test indicator of speed quality,double foot continuous jump was the test indicator of coordination quality,standing long jump was the test indicator of lower limb strength Tennis throwing is far from a test index of upper limb strength,walking on the balance beam is a test index of balance quality,and sitting forward bending is a test index of flexibility quality.The test index data obtained in this paper were recorded and processed by Excel and analyzed by SPSS software.After eight weeks of light equipment sports exercise experiment,the data obtained from the test indexes of speed quality,coordination quality,lower limb strength,upper limb strength,flexibility quality and balance quality were sorted out,and the test results were statistically analyzed.Results:1.The 20 children in the control group had no significant difference in speed quality,coordination quality,lower limb strength,upper limb strength,flexibility quality and balance quality after 8 weeks of daily physical education courses.2.After eight weeks of light equipment sports training,20 children in the experimental group showed significant improvement in speed quality,coordination quality,lower limb strength,upper limb strength,flexibility quality and balance quality.Research conclusions:After eight weeks of experimental intervention,light equipment sports activities can effectively improve the speed quality,coordination,lower limb strength,upper limb strength,flexibility and balance ability of children aged 5-6 years in large class. |
