Technical Characteristics And Analysis Of The Top Eight Of The 21st CUBA Southeast Division

In recent years,with the increasing attention paid to basketball by universities in Our country,the training level of basketball teams and the technical ability of their players have also been improved greatly,which promotes the continuous improvement of CUBA League level.The southeast region is one of the main areas of CUBA League,and its overall strength is strong.There are eight teams in CUBA's southeast region: Xiamen University,East China Normal University,Zhejiang University,China University of Mining and Technology,Guangdong University of Technology,Shanghai Jiaotong University,Shantou University and East China Jiaotong University.The eight teams representing the 21 st session of CUBA southeast division of the highest competitive level,this study through to the last eight of the team in the match of the offensive and defensive technology application situation carries on the analysis,summarizing their team technology overall characteristics,on the basis of analysis of the differences between different groups,and found that each team technologies are insufficient,for each team training work put forward feasible advice in the future,to CUBA southeast division a positive significance in promoting improvement of the overall competitive level.By using the methods of literature review,video observation,mathematical statistics and analogy analysis,this study makes a statistical analysis of the technical indicators of the attack and defense of CUBA's top eight teams in the southeast region of CUBA,and studies the technical characteristics of each team.The conclusions and Suggestions are as follows:Conclusion: In terms of body shape and age,the height and average weight of center position can provide a strong guarantee for the dominant position of defensive offensive rebound and defensive rebound.The average weight of the weaker team,in the physical confrontation in the passive position;The team should pay attention to the height and weight advantage in the selection of inside players,which is conducive to the fight for the rebound.On the offensive:(1)In terms of shooting technique,although using a high free throw percentage can improve the overall shooting percentage,it has little impact on the overall score of the team;Therefore,in order to achieve better results in the game,we should comprehensively improvethe shooting and free throw double percentage in daily training.(2)Based on the basic cooperation of offensive tactics,the daily team training should not simply rely on theory,physical fitness or individual training to improve the overall cooperation of the team,but rely on the competition and daily training to improve the coordination between the team members and the practical application of the theory of offensive tactics.(3)Breakthrough technology,only in the game to keep the use of spurts to create opportunities for attacking,attacking the team can get more initiative to occupy the offensive position,better for the team to score.Therefore,each team should pay attention to the positive significance of sudden points in attack and reduce the passivity brought by direct points.(4)In terms of assist technology,assists can promote the overall enthusiasm of the team and ensure that all the players can concentrate on the field and participate in the game wholeheartedly.On the defensive side:(1)In defensive rebounding,the players' physical condition directly determines the gain and loss rate of defensive rebounding;in(2)In blocking shots,a good sense of defense will improve the success of develop reasonable techniques and tactics according to its own characteristics.In the process of training,coaches should formulate strategies in line with their characteristics for the team,strengthen them in regular training,and gradually form their own style.Only in this way can they give full play to the players' abilities and lay a foundation for the team's victory.(2)Players should improve their own strength and pay attention to the development ofcomprehensive skills.Players in specific positions should not only develop their technical abilities,but should pay attention to the balanced development of all skills of the players,and should not let the players have obvious technical shortcomings.(3)When recruiting team members,attention should be paid not only to the height and weight of the team members,but also to the age structure of the team to ensure the balance of the team age.(4)In regular training,the team should provide more opportunities for the team members to
