Research On The Attack Ability Of The Top Four Women Basketball Teams In The 21st CUBA Southeast Division

Using the methods of literature review,expert interview,mathematical statistics,video observation and so on,this paper explores the basic situation,overall offensive ability and individual offensive ability of the women's top four teams in the southeast division of the 21st CUBA.Through the collection of data statistics and analysis,the use of specific indicators for the team's individual offensive ability of research,to find the main offensive points of the team and the impact factors of offensive ability,for the comprehensive improvement of the team's overall offensive ability and competitive level,to promote the improvement of the campus basketball level to provide a certain reference.Findings are as follows:1.The number of points scored,the number of shots taken,the total percentage,the 3-point percentage,the 2-point percentage,the free throw percentage,the number of assists,the number of rebounds in the frontcourt,and the number of fast breaks are all indicators of offensive ability.2.The comprehensive comparative analysis shows that the attack ability ofChina university of mining and technology is better than the other three teams on the whole,and finally won the championship in the competition.3.According to the analysis of three data indexes of scoring,number of shooting and percentage of shooting,China university of mining and technology and Shanghai jiao tong university have strong scoring ability.China university of mining and technology and nanchang university shot more than 70 times per game.China university of mining and technology and Shanghai jiao tong university had relatively high field goal percentage of more than 40 percent.4.From the analysis of the number of assists,the four teams have an average of more than 11 assists per game,among which nanjing university of aeronautics and astronautics and nanchang university are as high as more than 12.Basketball games cannot be separated from teamwork,so in order to score,it is necessary to increase the ability of assists and reduce the ability of individuals to play alone.The number of assists reflects the team's smooth attack and strong execution of tactics from the side.5.Competing for rebounds,China university of mining and technology and nanchang university in offensive rebounds for outstanding performance,averaging can rob to 17 rebounds,on the one hand,shows that the players have good physical quality,has the body's ability to fight against,on the other hand says more about the team consciousness is very strong rebounds,in order to increase the chance of the secondary attack.6.The offensive ability of China university of mining and technology is more comprehensive than that of the other three teams.According to the analysis of different positions on the court,the main defenders and reserve defenders of China university of mining and technology and Shanghai jiao tong university have strong offensive ability,especially the number of assists and points;And the forward of nanjing university of aeronautics and astronautics in person number,score,fast break and other aspects of the good performance;as centers,Shanghai jiao tong university and nanchang university were better at scoring,shooting percentage and rebounding.In view of the above research results,it is suggested that the future training of each women's basketball team is as follows:1.Increase the variety of attacks.The size of women's basketball team in southeast division is smaller than that of the northern team.Therefore,in the face of the big and tall players,they should choose more flexible playing methods and increase the diversity of scoring methods,including three-point long-range shooting,emergency stop-jump shooting,fast break and other more mobile playing methods to reduce the number of falling positions.2.Rational use of techniques and tactics.With the improvement of the CUBA league level,competitive strength is also increasing each team has its typical tactics to cooperate,but in many cases,the use of unreasonable become a big problem in the existing so,reasonable use of tactics according to the variation of court defense is a good team is one of the indispensable ability in peacetime training team to close to the game,keep a clear head and avoid blindly when handling the ball,the purpose is better.3.Improve attack stability.Offensive stability mainly manifested in two aspects of shooting and error,the stability of the research can be found that the older members of young players,is obviously better than the less experience for young players,handle the ball more irritable,with team,shorter period,thus caused the mistakes and shooting more less stable in training in the future,many organizations games to
