With the development of the Internet,online recruitment has also been fully developed.At the same time,with the deepening of the social division of labor and the popularization of information technology,occupations and positions will be more detailed.From the first point of view,the company should reduce recruitment costs as much as possible and recruit people who meet the company's requirements;from another point of view,a large number of employees waiting for jobs hope that they can find a job that suits them through multiple channels,and recruitment information is one of the important Medium.However,due to the diversification of recruitment methods and management in this regard,college students cannot avoid information harassment caused by mismatched companies and other issues have urged users to perceive the risk of network information.In order to be able to accurately minimize the risks that college job seekers generate when searching for a job that suits them through the Internet,this article discusses the evaluation index system of users' perceived risks when using online recruitment information.in particular:First,review the research of domestic and foreign scholars,so as to clarify the general risks of information use in online recruitment,and specifically combine the rational behavior theory,technology acceptance model,signal transmission theory and information asymmetry theory to general process of online recruitment Analysis of information transmission and user perception,and pointed out that due to the existence of online media such as recruitment websites and apps in online recruitment,it will inevitably lead to certain imbalances such as information redundancy,flooding,pollution,and violations,resulting in information asymmetry.When users use this information,they need to invest the corresponding time cost.At the same time,due to the existence of mechanisms such as precipitation resumes and precipitation positions,it will also cause financial risks for college student users.When college student users accept and use this information,they also themselves It will cause a certain psychological burden and risk,and finally build a four-level indicator layer with four levels: perceived time risk,perceived financial risk,perceived psychological risk,and perceived information risk.Then,using a semi-structured interview method,interview intern trainees with rich online job search experience,university graduates who are looking for a job,and people who have worked for more than one year,and explore job applicants' concerns and concerns about online recruitment.Then clarify the types of risks they perceive during the online recruitment process,and combine the actual situation of the use of online recruitment information to decompose the indicators,and finally get 16 secondary indicators.Finally,the initially prepared indicators were designed into a questionnaire form,and 12 experts were invited to fill out the questionnaire.The concentration and coordination of expert opinions were used to screen the indicators.Finally,a time risk perception,financial risk perception,and perception perception were constructed.The four levels of psychological risk and perceived information risk are the first-level indicator layer,and the user's perceived risk evaluation index system is subdivided into 16 second-level indicator layers.Then,the weight of each indicator is calculated by constructing a judgment matrix and consistency test.The results show that the importance of the project-level evaluation indicators is: "Perceived Information Risk" > "Perceived Financial Risk" > "Perceived Time Risk" > " Perceived psychological risk".The application of the online recruitment information used in the evaluation of the perceived risk of college students,the results show that: for college students,the risks perceived during the online recruitment process are ranked according to the importance from high to low: "U2-Perceived Financial risk" > "U3-perceived psychological risk" > "U1-perceived time risk" > "U4-perceived information risk".There are also differences in the satisfaction of the second-level indicators in each first-level indicator.According to this article,some suggestions are made from the perspective of college student users,corporate perspectives,recruitment websites and app perspectives: First,enhance the information literacy of college student users and enhance the user Sensitivity to information,strengthen the training of information screening ability;Second,companies should increase the transparency of recruitment information and design effective recruitment information.Third,the recruitment website and app strive to supervise,collect,update,and organize the recruitment information,so as to facilitate users and effectively reduce the perceived risks of users.I hope that these suggestions will help users to improve their perceived risks in the use of online recruitment information.
