According to the data released by the National Bureau of statistics,China’s employment in 2021 was 746.52 million.With the development of network technology and the influence of COVID-19,online recruitment has become the first choice for new generation of job seekers.In the main way of job hunting and recruitment in China,the proportion of online recruitment is as high as 85.1%.In 2021,the scale of China’s online recruitment industry reached 19 billion 860 million yuan.However,the user experience of job seekers in the process of using the online recruitment platform still needs to be improved.At present,there are some problems in the development of online recruitment platform,such as false recruitment information,low matching efficiency between job seekers and posts,insufficient user privacy protection,C-end business transformation service is still being explored,and user experience is not paid attention to.Therefore,it is necessary to make a scientific and reasonable evaluation of online recruitment platform based on job seekers.By combing and analyzing the literature on online recruitment and website evaluation index system at home and abroad,and summarizing the relevant theories of user experience and user expectation,this paper constructs a preliminary evaluation index in combination with the development status of online recruitment platform,the characteristics and needs of job seekers,the problems existing in the current online recruitment platform and the interview method,which is discussed again by experts,So as to build an evaluation system of online recruitment platform based on job seekers with 6 primary indexes and 25 secondary indexes.Specific indexes are set as follows:platform resources(authenticity,richness,timeliness and detail of recruitment information),interactive functions(convenience of registration and login,ease of use of retrieval system,feedback efficiency of delivering resume,accuracy of job recommendation,activity of information/Q&A community,comprehensiveness of services provided and stability of platform operation),visual design(rationality of page layout,comfort of color matching,page adaptability of different devices),information security(platform resource security,user account security,user information security),business transformation(resume modification/top setting/agent investment service,competitiveness analysis service,job guidance service,career promotion course),user experience(job search effect,willingness to continue to use,willingness to pay for value-added functions,overall satisfaction).Through expert scoring,the weight of each index is obtained by using analytic hierarchy process and entropy method.The weight ranking of the primary indexes is: platform resources > user experience > interactive functions > information security > visual design > business transformation.Then the evaluation is completed based on grey cluster analysis to obtain the comprehensive score of job seekers on the online recruitment platform.The comprehensive score of job seekers on the online recruitment platform is 6.8184/10,indicating that job seekers are basically satisfied with the services provided by the current online recruitment platform.After analyzing the results,combined with the problems existing in the process of using the online recruitment platform,this paper gives some suggestions on the development of the online recruitment platform.This paper hopes to study the evaluation system of online recruitment platform based on job seekers,make the online recruitment platform pay more attention to the use experience of job seekers,and make the online recruitment platform better understand the user expectations of job seekers,so as to continuously improve and optimize relevant functions in the future platform construction,and improve the user experience of job seekers. |
