Research On The Interaction Of The Members Of The Sports Social Organization Under The Theory Of Interactive Ritual Chain

With the development of the times and the improvement of living standards,the focus of people's attention has gradually shifted from meeting the needs of the material level to meeting the needs of the spiritual level.Coupling with the Chinese government has been promoting the national fitness vigorously,the sports social organization has flourished.Shenyang citizens' love of football has made many amateur football teams appear in Shenyang,some of which have even developed into sports social organizations of a certain scale.The most fundamental strength for developing the sports social organization comes from itself,the most basic elements of the sports social organization are people and groups.Therefore,this paper is mainly to explore the sports social organization's formation and development from its motivation which based on the emotional energy and symbol reserves generated by the interaction of members in the organization.So,this new theroy has certain reference significance in the application and practice.This paper takes the interaction among the members of the sports social organization as the research object and uses the methods of literature,observation,interview and case study to investigate the selected case Shenyang Northeaster Football Club based on the interactive ritual chain theory.This paper performs three-level coding on the collected text data with the help of the qualitative research tool NVIVO12 based on the theory.Thus,this paper explores the development mode of the club based on the analysis of the constituent elements and results of the club's interactive ceremony.In the interactive ceremony mode of Shenyang Northeaster Football Club,cultural capital includes material investment,organization system and media resources;the components of the ceremony include football field,party and WeChat group,membership qualification,perfect coordination between members and football elite,and excitement and disappointment;the results of the ceremony include a sense of belonging and identity that brought members together,joy of group sports,group relationship symbols and obey the rules.The combination work of the interactive trust which brought from group relationship symbols and the joy of group sports drives the next interaction ceremony.Through the case study,it is found that the actual conditions for the developmentof Shenyang Northeaster Football Club include material resources,organizational systems and media resources;the common actions or events provide the interactive platform for the members of the sports social organization,and they can promote the formation of the interactive ritual chain;the joy of group sports and the matching of the membership symbols provide the impetus for the formation of the interactive ritual chain of the sports social organization.Based on the conclusion,this paper puts forward three suggestions:enriching the cultural capital needed for the development of the sports social organization by exploring the cultural capital of the sports social organization deeply and integrating social resources;providing actions or events that can let the members of the sports social organization participate in together,so as to promote the occurrence of interactive rituals and the formation of interactive rituals chain;exploring the characteristics of the sports social organization to create unique emotional energy and social symbols to promote the positive interaction among the members of the organizations.
