Purpose: Exercise fatigue and its recovery is an important issue in the field of sports medicine research today.If training is continued while fatigue is not fully recovered,it may eventually lead to sports injury or sports disease due to the accumulation of fatigue.Fatigue recovery has been greatly affected in sports training and competition.At present,there are many ways to recover from fatigue,but there are few ways to promote fatigue recovery from mental fatigue and central nervous system fatigue.According to my current team experience,many of the athletes or coaches of the team are currently not doing enough to relax after exercise due to the influence of objective conditions or ideology.This has led to the emergence of many sports injuries that could have been avoided,including both physical and psychological,thus affecting the achievement of the goals of the entire training cycle or the results of the competition.By consulting a large amount of domestic and foreign documents,it is found that so far there is not much research on the recovery of sports fatigue of Sanda athletes.This study is based on the analysis of literature data,through the methods of questionnaires and experiments,to explore the fatigue characteristics and performance of Sanda athletes,and to use ATM(awareness in motion)in Feldenkrais to intervene the relaxation recovery of Sanda athletes after training.The physiological and psychological effects of the experimental treatment were evaluated by the preparation state of the central nervous system,the heart rate and the subjective fatigue evaluation form of RPE.The results of the experimental study were analyzed,thus the effect of Feldenkrais ATM on the sports fatigue recovery of Sanda athletes was obtained and the feasibility of Feldenkrais ATM was proved.A new economic,convenient,scientific and effective means of relaxation for Sanda athletes is provided.It also provides a new reference for other athletes when recovering from sports fatigue,increases new methods of fatigue recovery,and develops the application of Feldenkrais in the field of sports.Methods: This paper used the methods of literature data,questionnaire,expert interview,experiment and so on.The subjects were 24 Sanda athletes,12 in the experimental group(Feldenkrais ATM relaxation method)and 12 in the control group(the traditional method to eliminate fatigue).The fatigue index was selected through three processes: primary selection,check and final selection.This process,after being examined by experts,includes indicators for both physical and psychological aspects,including heart rate,RPE "Subjective Fatigue Evaluation Form",and central nervous system readiness.The experiment is divided into a pre-experiment and a formal experiment.The purpose of the pre-experiment is to evaluate the degree of the subject's exercise fatigue.According to the data detected by the index,the subject's fatigue can be known.The degree of labor is suitable for formal experiments.The second is to familiarize and understand the research conditions,check whether the experimental design plan is feasible,and find possible problems in the research as soon as possible to avoid or adjust.Results:(I)There was no significant differences in the results of the RPE "Subjective Fatigue Evaluation Form" questionnaire scores,heart rate indicators,and central nervous system readiness scores between the experimental group and the controlgroup before the experiment(P> 0.05).(B)In the experiment,the scores of the RPE "Subjective Fatigue Assessment Form" questionnaire in the control group and the experimental group after the first week,the second week,the third week,and the fourth week were very different(P <0.01).(3)From the measured changes of morning pulse,the test group and the control group had significant differences in morning pulse test results in the first,second and third weeks(P <0.05),and the morning pulse in the fourth week was very significant.There was no significant difference(P <0.01).There was no significant difference in heart rate between the control group and the experimental group at three time points before,during,and after the first week to the fourth week(P> 0.05).The heart rate results of the control group after the experiment had a significant difference P <0.05,and the heart rate results of the experimental group and the control group after the second,third,and fourth weeks had a very significant difference(0.01).(4)From the results of central nervous system indicators,the experimental results of the experimental group and the control group in the first week and the second week were significantly different(P <0.05),and the experimental results in the third week and the fourth week were very significant.Difference(P <0.01)Conclusion:(1)Feldenkrais ATM helps to eliminate subjective fatigue of athletes,improve the recovery of sports mental fatigue,promote short-term recovery after each training and long-term recovery in one phase,and achieve the best state of mind and body.(2)Feldenkrais ATM can effectively reduce the increased heart rate of Sanda athletes after training,eliminate sports fatigue after training of Sanda athletes,and long-term practice of Feldenkrais ATM course is conducive to avoiding the occurrence of sports fatigue and thus Help athletes improve athletic performance.(3)The Feldenkrais ATM is beneficial to improve the central nerve preparation status of Sanda athletes,and promotes the fatigue recovery of the central nerve,thereby helping to prevent sports injuries.
