In the current environment of high intensity,high pressure and high competitiveness,the psychological pressure of Sanda athletes has increased significantly,and the phenomenon of mental fatigue will appear inadvertently,which will affect the athletes' daily training and competition,resulting in the difficulty of improving their training level,or even lead to the end of athletes themselves in advance.Career.Therefore,how to monitor athletes' daily exercise-induced mental fatigue and how to improve their exercise-induced mental fatigue has become an urgent problem to be solved in the training of elite Sanda athletes.The research results at home and abroad show that music relaxation training may be one of the effective means to recover mental fatigue,but its application in the training of elite Sanda athletes is still relatively small,and its effect remains to be demonstrated.This research adopts the methods of documentation,questionnaire,experiment,mathematical statistics and logical analysis,and adopts the "Athletes' Psychological Fatigue Scale" to investigate 64 elite Sanda athletes.Fourteen athletes with psychological fatigue are selected as the experimental subjects,and the total score of psychological fatigue is scored according to the total score of psychological fatigue.Group A was divided into experimental group and control group.Seven athletes in each group were tested for four weeks.In the relaxation training part of the daily training of the two groups,the experimental group was carried out according to the music relaxation training program,and the control group was carried out according to the traditional relaxation training.Questionnaires and finger tests were conducted on the two groups of athletes before,during and after the experiment.Standard tests were conducted to understand the changes of mental fatigue.This study focuses on demonstrating the effect of music relaxation training on the recovery of mental fatigue of Sanda athletes,providing a better choice for elite Sanda athletes to cope with psychological fatigue in the future,improving the scientific degree of psychological fatigue recovery through innovative methods,so that elite Sanda athletes' mental fatigue can be timely.Recovery.The results show that the changes of the results of both investigation and measurement are not great in the control group with traditional relaxation training,while the results of investigation and measurement in the experimental group with music relaxation training have changed significantly,showing a very obvious gradual downward trend,but using short-term music playing.Loose training can not effectively improve athletes' mental fatigue.Appropriately prolong the time of music relaxation training;athletes' mental fatigue has been more obvious relief.This shows that music relaxation training can effectively improve the mental fatigue of elite Sanda athletes,but the improvement of mental fatigue depends on continuous training.Due to the limitation of objective reasons,the time of this study is relatively short,the coverage of selected samples is relatively narrow,and there are some shortcomings in the study,which should be continuously improved in the follow-up study.
