in the development of basketball skills and tactics,and summarize the main trends of today 's basketball development and the main characteristics of world-class strong teams,that is,to be able to better understand the latest developments in basketball and lay the foundation for the general direction of basketball development basis.This paper adopts the methods of literature,expert interview,video analysis,mathematical statistics,logic analysis and other research methods to deal with the offensive technical and tactical characteristics from the top four teams of the second men's
