Research On The Development And Influence Of Transfer Policy In Chinese Volleyball League

By using the methods of literature,interview,data analysis and so on,this paper studies the historical development of the transfer policy of Chinese volleyball league players and the influence of the transfer policy on the league.This paper puts forward some effective suggestions on improving the transfer policy of volleyball players in China and speeding up the professional development of volleyball in China.According to the important historical node of the transfer policy in China Volleyball League,this paper divides the historical development of the transfer policy into three parts: trial stage,development stage and reform stage.Through the study of the transfer situation of Chinese volleyball league players at each stage and the development of the league,this paper analyzes the transfer policy to the existence of the Chinese volleyball league.What impact.The following conclusions are drawn from the analysis of the study:In the trial stage of the transfer policy of league athletes,the number of men and women's volleyball league players is very small,the transfer purpose is unclear,the autonomy and freedom of the athletes transfer is not high,and the interest of the participating teams is not great.Policy on transfer eligibility criteria at home and abroad and transfer fees and other rules are not clear and other issues.Compared with the trial stage,the transfer market of Chinese volleyball league players has improved a little,the rules and regulations of the transfer policy are more perfect,and the restrictions on the transfer of athletes are lower than that of the trial stage.However,the overall transfer market in the league is still relatively low,mainly in the main attack and secondary attack two positions,transfer results are not obvious,men's volleyball league transfer market is bleak.At the stage of the transfer policy reform of Chinese volleyball league players,there is no longer any restriction on the number of players transferred to China,which has a great impact on the pattern of the league.The transfer market in the 2009-2012 Women's Volleyball League was extremely active.After 2012,the Women's Volleyball League wasdominated by foreign aid and temporary transfers,and most of the positions were focused on,followed by secondary attacks.The transfer market in the early stage of the men's volleyball league reform is still cold.After the 2013 / 2014 season,the transfer market in the men's volleyball league is gradually active,mainly with foreign aid,and most of the positions on the court are mainly attacking and responding.The influence of the transfer policy of China Volleyball League on the league includes: 1)the market-oriented and professional development of the league;2)the overall level of confrontation of the league,and the technical and tactical level of the athletes.Economic situation and professionalism.3 changes in the transfer policy put pressure on team coaches.The main reason for the lack of domestic aid flow in the league is that the overall professional level of the league is low,the teams pay more attention to the results of the National Games,the transfer market has a price and no market,and the club is unwilling to release people to cause the league domestic aid to be blocked.Through the study,the following recommendations are made:Speed up the reform of volleyball professionalization in China,get rid of the influence of the National Games,the domestic athletes really flow,the policy does not need to be temporary transfer.Increase athlete trading regulations,increase the amount of network topics and league attention.No temporary transfer or signing of new players will be allowed after determining the lineup before the start of each stage,so as to ensure the fairness of the game.During the transfer or transaction of athletes,all additional terms and conditions of the two clubs shall be reviewed and approved by the Organizing Committee and made public so as to avoid the temporary reversal or intentional difficulty of the unilateral club leading to the transfer or trading failure of the athletes.Strengthen the training of professional management personnel and volleyball brokers to avoid the loss of their own or club interests due to lack of understanding of the policy during the transfer or transaction.Actively build star players,at the same time improve the salary of ordinary players,improve the enthusiasm of professional volleyball players and reserve talent decline.
