The earliest and most authoritative concept of non-intellectual factors in China was put forward by Professor Yan Guocai.He thinks that there are three levels of non-intellectual factors in human beings.The first level is a broad non-intellectual factor,indicating that non-intellectual factors are all factors except intellectual ones.The second level is the narrow sense of non-intellectual factors,divided into five dimensions: motivation,interest,emotion,will,character.The third layer is the specific non-intellectual factors,respectively,achievement,persistence,independence,honor,self-confidence,self-esteem,enthusiasm,responsibility and so on.With the development of psychology and educational research in China,non-intelligence factors play an increasingly important role in all kinds of human behavioral activities,which has also been attached great importance by Chinese psychology and educational circles.The Decision of the CPC Central Committee on the Reform of Education System points out: The purpose of the reform of education system is to improve the national quality,more talents and better talents.The so-called improvement of national quality,from the psychological point of view,is to improve their psychological quality;that is intelligence and non-intelligence factors of the quality.Therefore,in school academics,it not only develops students intelligence factors,but also develops and cultivate students non-intelligence factors,so as to achieve the goal of education system reform.non-intellectual factors will play an increasingly important role in life and development of modern society,especially for primary school students whom are in the transition period from childhood to adulthood which is marked with psychological immaturity.Understanding in this important period of change,strengthens the cultivation of non-intellectual factors.For the growth of primary school students it is undoubtedly of great effect.In the year 2019,President Xi Jin ping pointed out,“What kind of person to train is the main problem of education.”To train socialist builders and successors who are well developed morally,intellectually,physically and aesthetically,we should change from traditional teaching to education,construct a new mode of educating people,build a new ecology of educating people,and improve the level of training talents in an all-round way.Football as one of the sports,the development of primary school football should be changed from teaching to education.From the simple promotion of technical and tactical ability and physical fitness to the training of pupils through technical and physical training of intellectual and non-intellectual factors make it in the future to become a well-rounded physical and mental health of the people.Non-intellectual factors are so important to the development of primary school students,but looking at the current situation of primary school football training.However,non-intellectual factors has shortcomings in the design,implementation and evaluation of the training of primary school students,so this paper chooses soccer training of primary school students non-intellectual factors training as the research object.This article uses the literature material law,the investigation law,the experimental law and the data statistics law to carry on the positive research to the elementary student soccer movement training non-intelligence factor raise.Through the literature method,collect literature,learning reference previous research.Through the method of interview and investigation,the information about the relationship between sports and non-intelligence factors,football and non-intelligence factors,as the theoretical and practical basis of the paper.Through the questionnaire survey method,one is to shijiazhuang city five district football characteristics of the primary school coaches and 3-4 grade primary school students football training non-intellectual factors training situation,the second is to use the experimental scale to evaluate and analyze the experimental subjects,to verify the experimental results.In the form of experimental grouping,primary school students are divided into experimental group and control group.Through data statistics,the status of the questionnaire and the questionnaire on the experimental scale data statistics.The conclusions of this study are as follows:Through the investigation of the coaches of football characteristic schools in each district of Shijiazhuang city,it is found that the coaches pay more attention to the factors of intelligence and technology in the training of the pupils,Coaches believe that it is necessary to cultivate non-intellectual factors,but little understanding of them,most of them pay more attention to the game results in training,there is no relevant evaluation of non-intellectual factors training after training.Through to the Shijiazhuang city each district footballcharacteristic school primary schools investigation discovery,the vast majority of primary school students believe that football brings them the most direct non-intellectual factors is happiness,that is,enthusiasm for sports.Most of the students are not sure that they feel the training of non-intelligence factors,in the evaluation,is mostly in the form of competition,rather than the evaluation of non-intelligence factors.In view of the present situation investigation existence question,in the elementary school soccer movement training non-intelligence factor raise plan and the implementation.On achievement motivation,we should pay attention to the cultivation of improving their own higher pursuit,and on the sports enthusiasm,we should pay attention to the cultivation of primary school students interest in football training.In the collective sense of honor to pay attention to the cultivation of primary school students team awareness,in self-confidence to pay attention to the cultivation of primary school students optimistimism,in the heart of the students to cultivatate the will never give up.Before the experiment,the experimental group and the control group had no significant results in the five indexes of non-intelligence factor culture.After 15 weeks of experiment,the experimental group before and after the test results showed a significant difference;The test results before and after the control group were not significant.After the experiment group and control group in the achievement motivation sports enthusiasm collective sense of honor on the three indicators show significant difference,the self-confidence and no significant difference on two indexes is even more competitive and so,through primary school football training non-intelligence factors in the achievement motivation sports enthusiasm collective sense of honor self-confidence and competitiveness on the five indexes were increased,the achievement motivation sports enthusiasm collective sense of honor raise more prominent.
