Research On Construction Of Demonstration Area Of National Fitness Public Service System In Shijiazhuang

Since 2017,Shijiazhuang City follows the spirit of "based on the equality of inclusive benefits,highlighting the characteristics and highlights",the construction of Hebei first national fitness public service system demonstration zone is being vigorously carried out.Therefore,the city's solid promotion work,improve service levels,a public sports service structure that promotes networked facilities,diversified supplies,and inclusive services has taken shape.This thesis takes Shijiazhuang national fitness public service system as the research fulcrum.Adopting research methods such as literature data method,field investigation method,interview method,logic analysis method and data statistics method,combining domestic and foreign mass sports development trends,explore and summarize universal laws.The research in this thesis considers the current situation of Shijiazhuang City completion of the construction of a public fitness public service system from five aspects,including the sports facility system,sports organization system,sports event activity system,scientific fitness guidance system,and security system.Strive to find out the influencing factors that restrict the construction and development of the national fitness public service system demonstration zone.According to the results of the research,strive to optimize current problems at work,propose targeted optimization approaches and practices for the problems in the current work,promote the sound and sound development of the Shijiazhuang National Fitness Public Service System,it will also provide suggestions for Hebei Province to promote the construction of the second batch of national fitness public service system demonstration areas.The results of the research show that,Shijiazhuang City has achieved the following results in the construction of the national fitness public service system demonstration zone:1.Sports fitness facilities are continuously upgraded and upgraded;2.Integrate into the planning and layout of urban garden square;3.The vitality of mass sports organizations has been significantly enhanced;4.Various activities of mass sports events;5.Strengthening the integration of sports and medicine to promote healthy Shijiazhuang;6.Expand and improve the fitness service platform;7.Actively exploring new models of "smart sports";8.Innovative development ideas to build distinctive cities.At present,some existing problems: First,weak policy guarantees in terms of supply mechanism and operation mode;Second,the regional development of public stadium facilities is uneven and inadequate;Third,the management of national fitness sports needs to be improved;Fourth,insufficient funding for public finances at all levels;Fifth,the lack of modern scientific management techniques.Conclusion: In view of the existing problems,this article makes the following suggestions: 1.Optimize the government's main role and further improve the working mechanism;2.Expand the supply of stadium facilities in multiple ways to meet the new fitness needs of the general public;3.Optimize the organizational structure of government sports management,and take more measures to promote the construction of demonstration areas;4.Attach importance to the construction of mass sports culture industry,build quality products,and introduce features;5.Build a strong fitness instruction team and provide scientific and effective fitness guidance;6.Promote the urban-rural integration development of the national fitness public service system,promote the comprehensiveness of the national fitness work,and prevent the development from becoming deformed,causing an imbalance between urban and rural development.
