| With the popularity of calisthenics events and the development of rules,the lower limb strength requirements of participating student athletes are also getting higher and higher.As an important part of the special strength of calisthenics students,lower limb strength is closely related to the requirements of calisthenics events.From the perspective of training,this study clarified the influence of two different jumping exercises on the lower limb strength of calisthenics students,promoted the completion quality of jumping and jumping difficulty movements,and provided certain theoretical basis and reference value for the development of lower limb strength or training practice of calisthenics students.In this paper,through the method of literature data,expert interview,mathematical statistics,experiment,and video analysis,30 girls from the aerobics class of the 2018 class of Sichuan Business College Meishan Campus were selected as experimental subjects,and they were randomly divided into two groups.The exercises,the control group uses traditional deep jump exercises,the release deep jumps exercises are the same.The experiment uses the aerobics special lower limb strength and flexion leg split jump quality indicators to test,comparing two different types of deep jump exercises to improve the general college aerobics selection The difference in strength effects of lower limbs,the experimental results are as follows:5.1.1 The release deep jumps exercise is an innovative application of load when the muscle performs centrifugal contraction,and releases the load when the muscle performs centripetal contraction.Compared with the traditional deep jump exercise,the muscle can activate more motor neurons and improve Training effect on lower limb strength of aerobics students.5.1.2 After the experiment,the control group and the experimental group showed a significant improvement in the 15 s rapid kick index that reflects the rapid strength of the lower limbs,the standing long jump,the 15 s body jump index and the leg control of the aerobics students.The single-leg squat 30 s index has improved,but thesignificance is not obvious5.1.3 In the control group and the experimental group,the body shape clarity,technical accuracy,and stability of the ending posture have been significantly improved after reflecting the technical indicators of the flexion and leg-jumping movements.There was no significant difference in results.5.1.3 After the experiment,the control group and the experimental group significantly improved the body shape clarity,technical accuracy,and stability of the ending posture,which reflected the technical indicators of flexion and split-leg jumping.The performance of maintaining the attitude in the air and the amplitude of the movement have improved,but the significance is not obvious。5.1.4 The experimental group was better than the control group in the assessment of the vertical jump,15 s body jump and 15 s fast kick.The vertical jump and 15 s body jump showed significant improvement,but there was no significant improvement in15 s fast kick.The results of standing long jump and single leg standing squatting for30 s did not improve,but there was no significant difference.It proves that compared with traditional deep jump exercises,the new deep jump exercises have significantly improved the fast strength of lower limb strength for aerobics students,but there is no significant improvement in the endurance of lower limb strength and leg control.5.1.5 In the quality score of flexion and split-leg jumping movements,the experimental group is superior to the control group in the accuracy of the movement technique,the clarity of the aerial body shape,the stability of the end posture,and the maintenance of the aerial attitude.There is a significant improvement in the stability of the ending posture,but there is no significant improvement in the performance of maintaining the air posture and the clarity of the air body shape.In the experimental group,there was a decrease in the magnitude of the movement amplitude but there was no significance.To sum up,the new type of deep jump exercise is more optimized than the traditional deep jump exercise in improving the quality score of the aerobics flexion and split leg jump movement. |
