| In the development of fast strength of lower limbs,deep jump training is a commonly used training method,and the existence of the post-activation potentiation,so that after deep jump training,fast strength of lower limbs can be significantly improved in a period of time.Research purposes:This study mainly through the traditional deep jump training and Release Deep Jumps training to intervene in the subjects.Statistical analysis was made on the results of each index measured at each time point in the post-test and the results of the pre-test,and then the best time of post-activation enhancement effect after the two different deep jump training was found.Find out the maximum intensity of activation enhancement effect after two different deep jump training,and compare the results of related indicators after two different deep jump training.Methods;Nineteen subjects(age 20.65+1.69 years,height 182.18+5.07 cm,weight 71.39+7.11 kg,training years 3.26+0.97 years)were selected.They were all students of track and field specialty of Beijing Sports University.The sports grade was above grade two and they were engaged in fast strength-based sports.All subjects participated in two different Deep-jump training tests.The first experiment was the intervention experiment of traditional Deep-jump training,and the second was the Release Deep Jumps training intervention experiment.The interval between the two experiments was more than 72 hours.In the experiment,before the corresponding training intervention,Kistler three-dimensional dynamometer and DELSYS electromyography tester were used to pre-test the related indicators of the subjects.After the experimental intervention,according to the corresponding interval time,the subjects were tested after the corresponding interval time.The interval time was 1 minute,4 minute,7 minute,10 minute,13 minute and 16 minute after training intervention,The results showed that after deep jump training,the six indices of the dynamometer reached their maximum at the 7th minute.Five of them showed significant difference(P<0.05).Four indices achieved better results in the 1st,4th and 7th minute than the pre-test.All the post-test iEMG measured in the five parts of sEMG were better than those measured in the pre-test.Compared with the anterior level,there were significant differences in the electrical value.Among them,the integral iEMG of four parts decreased to the lowest at the 7th minute.The six indexes of the dynamometer reached the maximum at the 4th minute in Release Deep Jumps training,with significant differences(P<0.05)or extremely significant differences(P<0.01).The results of all the indicators in the 1st,4th,7th,10th and 13th minutes were higher than those of the pre-test,and two of them were still higher than those of the pre-test at the 16th minute.In the sEMG test,all the post-test integral iEMG measured at five locations were significantly different from the anterior level.Among them,the integral iEMG at four locations dropped to the lowest at the 4th uinute.Research conclusion:After deep jump exercise,the best time of post-activation potentiation appears at the 7th minute after training;after Release Deep Jumps exercise,the best time of post-activation enhancement effect appears at the 4th minute after training.The maximum intensity of the post-acti-vation potentiation after Release Deep Jumps exercise is greater than that after deep jump exercise. |
