In recent years,personalized learning has become a research hotspot in the educational field.Language is the medium and tool for the exchange of information between people and an important loader,interpreter and constructor.The Mongolian word is a carrier to record the language,culture and history of the Mongolian nationality owning the function of national "totem".The national language commonly used by Mongolians in China is traditional Mongolian,which used in Mongolia is Cyrillic,also known as "New Mongolian".Cyrillic has the same pronunciation as traditional Mongolian,but with different writing methods.In recent years,Mongolia has been speeding up its use of traditional Mongolian,so it is imminent to develop and apply Mongolian learning tools.Therefore,based on memory theory,reinforcement theory and information processing theory,this thesis designs and develops personalized learning software of Mongolian word and applies information technology to Mongolian learning,making it convenient for learners who have mastered Cyrillic to learn traditional Mongolian.The research is carried out in the following four aspects:Firstly,consult relevant literature for analysis,analyze the relevant theories of personalized learning,language learning and mobile learning system design,and determine the research plan.Secondly,the teaching design process is specialized to the design of the Mongolian word personalized learning system and the teaching design theory is reduced to the level of "products",designing the Mongolian word learning system from characteristics analysis,teaching goal analysis,teaching content analysis and teaching strategies design activities of the learner.Choosing the words in Mongolian textbooks in Inner Mongolia Elementary School as the vocabulary set of this system designing a system which can improve the learning efficiency of the learner.Thirdly,analyzing the requirements of the system from the perspective of software development,design the core functions and data tables of the system according to the requirements analysis,and finally use the Java development language to complete the development of the system.The main functions of the system include vocabulary learning,vocabulary review and query dictionary functions which is an additional function of the system and is convenient for learners to inquire traditional Mongolian corresponding to Cyrillic or Cyrillic related information corresponding to traditional Mongolian at any time.The systematic personalized learning idea is mainly reflected in the design of the review path integrating the Ebbinghaus forgetting curve theory into the instructional program design under the guidance of reinforcement theory,designing the reinforcement steps according to the memory law of the learner,and recommends the review path personally so that the learner can be improved in the most needed time and improve the learning efficiency.Fourthly,After the exploitation of system is completed,teaching experiments are carried out on the suitability of the system in a small area exploring the effectiveness of the system through pre-test,post-test,questionnaire survey,interviews and investigation of the satisfaction of the users.The result of the experiment shows the practicability of the system and improve the learning efficiency of the learner significantly.
