Research On The Effect Of Shield And Cooperative Tactics Of Chinese Women's Team In The World Beach Games Three Player Basketball Match

In 2019,the first World Beach Games was held in Doha,and our women's team achieved a good third place in a three-person basketball game.In the context of the three-man basketball being selected for the Olympic Games and the 2020 Tokyo Olympic Games being approaching,how to strengthen the training and preparation for the war is an important issue facing the three-man basketball women's team in China.This paper uses a variety of methods such as literature data method,comparative analysis method,video observation method,mathematical statistics method,expert interview and other methods to systematically analyze the screening and tactics of the Chinese women's team in 2019.The main research results are as follows:(1)From the screening time period,when facing the various opponents,the Chinese women's team concentrated on completing the screening cooperation within 12s-8s,and most of them completed the final offense by casting or rushing.In the process of changing defenses,the Chinese women's team has achieved a good strategic effect by combining the players' individual abilities and tactical execution.In the period of 4s-0s at the end of the offense,China had fewer screenings,avoiding delays and disruptions by being blocked by defense or by changing defenses.(2)From the perspective of the screening space area,the Chinese women's team is mainly concentrated in the middle of the high position.Various types of screenings are used in the group match and the effect is better.The key factor in the outcome of the game.(3)From the perspective of the types of screening,the three types of screening are used for the team members to cover the team members,the team members to cover the team members,and the team members to cover.Team members use the most cover for team members.They can create opportunities for shots or breakthroughs.They can also force opponents to foul and create free throws for themselves.Based on the findings,the following recommendations are made:(1)Increasing the number of applications of screening cooperation to improve the quality of screening.Suggestion: In the training,strengthen the use of cover cooperation,change the cover cooperation training into regular cooperation,and require more than one cover cooperation for each attack to carry out the attack.Secondly,improve the quality of the screening cooperation,emphasize the shooting rate and the scoring rate of the screening cooperation,increase the offensive 2-point attack,reduce the use of transitional screening,and strive to achieve the tactical intention of attacking every screening.To ensure the time required for screening and coordination,it is recommended to reduce the number of hasty coordinations.When team members are required to cooperate,do not blindly pursue the fast pace,but reduce the number of screening and coordination for 4 ~ 0s.(2)Increase the number of screenings in high areas.Suggestion: Change the habit of the players to cover freely.Take the high position in the middle as the core area.Train the players in this area to find shooting and breakthrough opportunities through the cooperation of cover to increase the offensive attack.At the same time,the number of transitional screenings in the low area is reduced,the error rate of the screening and the number of invalid screenings are reduced,and the effectiveness of the screening in the low area is improved.(3)Consolidate the cover effect of team members without team members.Simulate the time period of the game to improve the effectiveness of covering and protecting team members.
