Research On The Current Situation,Problems And Countermeasures Of Community Sports Service Supply Chain

After our country enters a new era,people 's living standards have improved,and the demand for physical exercise has continued to increase.The implementation of the “National Fitness” national strategy puts forward new requirements and new expectations for community sports services.People 's needs have inspired new demands.The pace of action in building a modern governance system and improving governance capabilities,and the practical exploration of community sports service supply chains have become a powerful measure to advance the modernization of community governance capabilities.The purpose of the study is to analyze the problems between the actual demand for community sports services and the existing service supply process under the background of contradiction conversion,and use new management ideas to overcome the efficiency and flexibility of traditional functional community service forms and management methods.Insufficient to enrich the perspective of sports power and healthy China.This study takes the current status of the community sports service supply chain as the research object,and uses the research methods of literature data method,field survey method,questionnaire survey method,interview method and mathematical statistics method to analyze the supply process and supply subject of the community sports service supply chain in Yangpu District.Investigate and analyze the status of supply factors,introduce service supply chain theory,and construct the main structure of the community sports service chain.Suppliers,integrated carriers,and community residents participate in the service supply process of the "sports six-sided project".The service process accepts 6 categories.Process management: service delivery,relationship management,fund management,information flow management and capacity management,feedback from the residents of the object community,and government management behaviors are decisive for supply chain adjustment.Therefore,a total of 10 problems were found for 3 levels,and countermeasures and suggestions were put forward for the problems:1)At the level of the supply process,the community sports club's substantive task has entered the reformed deep-water area.The service concept of the government functional department is not fully coordinated.The community sports service provider's supervision is not strong.The original management system cannot solve new problems.Therefore,it is proposed to promote the chain operation of the community supply process,mobilize management enthusiasm and participation,accelerate the smooth flow of the community sports club's entire process service system,optimize the supervision and evaluation mechanism in the process division and link relationship,and continuously strengthen the follow-up dynamics after the service supply chain is implemented Feedback.2)At the main supply level,it is difficult to maintain the consistency and coherence of the sports service supply level.The management autonomy of community sports fitness clubs is weak.Community sports clubs cannot directly cooperate with the market.The evaluation of community sports service supply chain management is unstable.Therefore,it is proposed to coordinate and integrate and complement each other's advantages to enhance the main body ability,strengthen the management autonomy of community sports and fitness clubs,establish a strategic awareness and overall view,maintain consistency and coherence in service levels,and expand community sports and fitness clubs and social development Openness of business activities.3)At the level of supply factors,the use and allocation of resource elements failed to maximize the effectiveness of the use of new media tools.The advantages of human resources and talent introduction were not obvious.The flexibility of funding was relatively small.Community sports and fitness clubs ignored service innovation.Therefore,the optimal allocation of community sports service supply chain resources is proposed.Strengthen the management of people,property,and resources,increase the flow of community resources,optimize and upgrade the community sports service supply chain,and introduce a special strategy for the introduction of community talents.Use innovation to drive the diversity of the contents of community sports service supply,and increase the flexibility and application flexibility of community sports funding;focus on information flow Management,enhance the efficiency of data use,use the new media network to communicate information flow externally,and service execution and delivery are responsible for the data.4)Based on the countermeasures,this paper proposes to establish and improve the "community sports service supply chain system design".The management system includes 3 management systems and 4 management levels.The system design includes the improvement of the community sports service decision-making supervision system and the coordination between community sports service subjects The consultation system,the improvement of the community sports service distribution management system,and the application of scientific research and nurturing practices in community sports services.In summary,the exploratory research on the community sports service supply chain has just begun in China.The number of cases worthy of reference in the specific theory and practice of the research results is relatively small.Starting from the systematic nature of the research,in the future research,we should start with The details of the business relationship,products and services,emergencies,non-standard and purely technical issues involved in the structure,and in-depth study of the issues,the systematic consideration of the research needs to be followed up and investigated to provide a driving force for the realization of the strategy of a healthy China and
