Study On The Perfection Of Mutual Insurance System For Disabled Elite Athletes In China From The Perspective Of Compensation

With the development of sports industry,more and more attention has been paid to competitive sports.Modern competitive sports put forward higher requirements for professional athletes' skills and physical fitness.Under the influence of various unpredictable factors,the risk of disability of professional athletes will increase greatly.In order to provide more comprehensive disability risk guarantee for professional athletes,China is establishing a disability insurance security system for professional athletes that combines social insurance,commercial insurance and mutual disability insurance.Among them,mutual disability insurance has been in operation since 2002,and the insurance scale has been continuously expanded,providing disability subsidy for professional athletes with at least 350,000 person-times.The existing studies in China mainly focus on the establishment and improvement of the whole disability insurance security system for professional athletes,and there are relatively few studies on the improvement of mutual disability insurance system,which lack of analysis and research on the unique disability characteristics of professional athletes from the perspective of compensation.Therefore,it is of theoretical and practical significance for this paper to study and improve the mutual disability insurance system from the perspective of compensation.By using the research methods of comprehensive analysis,quantitative analysis and comparative analysis,this paper systematically summarizes the development process of disability mutual insurance,analyzes the deficiencies of the disability mutual insurance system in combination with the compensation situation of professional athletes,and draws on the excellent development experience of foreign countries to put forward Suggestions for the improvement of the disability mutual insurance system.Based on the analysis of the compensation of professional athletes,there are some problems in China's disability mutual insurance,such as the narrow scope of protection and the lack of pertinence of different underwriting objects.Therefore,according to the problems and causes,this paper puts forward some countermeasures,such as widening the channels of mutual insurance fund for the disabled and improving the information database for professional athletes,so as to improve the mutual insurance system for the disabled.
