Nowadays,the traditional mathematics teaching is mainly in a single teaching content way,in the content integrity,coherence,structure and content to promote senior high school students' mathematical understanding is not much considered,fragmentation teaching content is difficult to arouse students' interest and resonance.With the official launch of the General Senior High School Mathematics Curriculum Standard(2017 Edition)in January 2018,the curriculum content structure has also been updated,using the structure of "main line-theme-core content",and it is also hoped that teachers can jump out of one class.Therefore,it is urgent to design and implement thematic unit teaching.This research is based on the systematic and structured problem-solving teaching mode,and designs the seven-eagle unit teaching activities from the overall level:taking the developmen t of human thinking and promoting students' thinking as the core,through three stages: taking ro ot connotation as a clear expected learning result,determining the appropriate evaluation metho d with dry calibration,planning the relevant teaching process with branch length knowledge.The model design teaching of "1-3-3 mathematics tree" is constructed around the unit situationa l line,the unit problem line and the unit activity line.This teaching method focuses on the theme and points directly to the soul of mathematics.It can not only help students to improve their prof essional knowledge,but also help students to improve their ability to think about wolves and giv e full play to the internal strength of mathematics to educate people.The basic connotation of thematic unit teaching and mathematical understanding is analyzed,and then the applied research at home and abroad is summarized,which lays a theoretical and applied foundation for promoting understanding of thematic unit teaching design.And then the theoretical basis for further analysis and research,which includes teaching perspective theory,reverse design theory,SOLO evaluation theory and student development theory,as well as the basic principles applied to high school mathematics classroom: integrity,sequence,relevance,and puts forward the “1-3-3 mathematics tree” model of teaching design.Type I is "one core,three stages,three strategies".According to this model,the teaching design and case analysis of the subject unit of “sequence” are carried out from the macro and micro perspectives.Finally,on the teaching practice according to the constructed model and the teaching design,collates and analyzes the practice data,and carries on the analysis with the aid of the statistical software,through the data analysis,obtains the following conclusion:(1)Thematic unit teaching,which promotes understanding,can improve students' mathematics performance to a certain extent.(2)Thematic unit teaching,which promotes understanding,can improve students' ability to understanding in mathematics.(3)Thematic unit teaching to promote understanding can promote students' correct view of mathematics and mathematics learning.The main innovations of this study are as follows: in theory,it innovates the attempt of thematic unit teaching in senior high school mathematics to promote senior high school students' mathematical understanding.In practice,it focuses on the teaching process of specific mathematical knowledge and the path of senior high school students' mathematical understanding,which provides a new way of thinking for helping teachers to complete more effective teaching.
