Since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the CPC Central Committee has attached great importance to the cultivation and practice of socialist core values.General Secretary Xi Jinping has made important expositions and made clear demands on this issue on many occasions.Socialist core values are the core of the socialist core value system.Strengthening the cultivation of socialist core values is conducive to the cultivation of new people in the era who are responsible for national rejuvenation and the realization of the task of "building up morality and cultivating people".The junior middle school stage is the key period for the physical and psychological maturity of middle school students.With the increase of knowledge and social experience,they will gradually form stable values.Therefore,in this stage,we should timely educate them on socialist core values and guide them to form correct world outlook,outlook on life and values."Morality and Rule of Law" in junior middle school is an important channel for junior middle school students to educate socialist core values.It has become an important task for junior middle school teachers to cultivate socialist core values in the teaching of "Morality and Rule of Law".From the perspective of moral and rule of law teaching,this paper studies the cultivation of socialist core values in the course of "Morality and Rule of Law" by means of literature research,case analysis,questionnaire survey and interview.By summarizing the relevant concepts,the author demonstrates the basis of cultivating socialist core values in the teaching of "Morality and Rule of Law".By summarizing the relevant concepts,the author demonstrates the basis of cultivating socialist core values in the teaching of Morality and Rule of Law,investigates the current situation of cultivating socialist core values in the teaching of Morality and Rule of Law and makes an analysis of the problems.On this basis,the author puts forward the corresponding optimization strategies from the aspects of textbooks,teaching methods,teaching evaluation,etc.Combining with the author's own teaching practice lessons,it provides a reference for the practice of cultivating socialist core values in the teaching of morality and rule of law.
