Primary School Physical Education Supervision In Dalian Current Situation Research

Primary school physical education is an indispensable part of school education,and an important guarantee for students' all-round development and healthy growth.Primary school physical education supervision is an important guarantee to ensure the smooth progress of primary school physical education.This paper mainly uses five methods: logical analysis to study the current situation of primary school physical education special supervision in Dalian(Ganjingzi District,Xigang District,Shahekou District and Zhongshan District).It takes the physical education teachers in four districts of Dalian as the object of investigation,from the physical education teachers in primary schools The importance and significance of special teaching supervision,the overall management of primary school physical education,the education and teaching of primary school physical education,the condition guarantee of primary school physical education,the evaluation and examination of primary school physical education,the physical health of students,and whether the school implements the document requirements are studied.The results show that:(1)29.5% of the primary school PE teachers in Dalian have a good understanding of the special supervision system of PE teaching,83.8% of them think that the special supervision system of PE teaching is more important.The top three of the significance of the special supervision system of PE teaching are to improve the quality of PE Teaching(80.9%),to promote the smooth development of supervision(78.9%),to ensure the implementation of laws,regulations and policies(72.4%).(2)86% of the primary school PE teachers in Dalian City confirmed that the teaching supervision department would issue the supervision notice in advance,but the time of issuing the notice in advance was not ideal;90% of the PE teachers said that the school would carry out the internal self-evaluation in advance according to the requirements before the supervision.(3)The primary school physical education supervision in Dalian city did not form a regular and stable cycle.Random supervision(64%)was more than regular supervision(36%),listening to reports(78.3%),campus observation(63.6%),interview and discussion(62.7%)were the main supervision methods;education and teaching(75.7%),overall management(61%),physical health(55.2%)were the main contents of supervision;85% of teachers did The process and results of recognition and supervision are open,and more than 90% of schools will carry out rectification after supervision and the supervision department will give a return visit.(4)More than 70% schools in Dalian City have set up joint meetings of school physical education work according to the requirements of supervision,and school physical education work has been incorporated into the work assessment series to different degrees;in physical education teaching,priority has been given to the implementation of physical safety self-care education,sports risk awareness and skills training(82.5%),followed by physical education classes(78.9%).(5)More than 70% of schools in Dalian city implement the guarantee of teaching conditions of school physical education in terms of teachers,venues and equipment according to the requirements of supervision;91% of schools establish the sports work report system;89.3% of schools implement the monitoring of students' physical fitness.
