High school is the key stage of joining the University and junior middle school,and is also an important stage in the formation of students' Outlook on life,values and health.Put forward along with the full implementation of quality education and the "health first" guiding ideology,high school sports teaching as an important part of school sports work,became the bearing an important part of high school students' healthy development.In view of the important position of high school physical education,to further understand the current situation of the implementation of physical education in the main city of Dalian City,to explore the factors that affect the reform of physical education teaching is very necessary.This article uses the literature material law,the questionnaire survey method,the interview method,the mathematical statistics and so on method,carries on the investigation and the research to the Dalian city middle school physical education teaching's implementation situation.Results show:1.In the teaching resources.Teacher resources,senior professional titles accounted for57.5%,but the master's degree and above the proportion of highly educated talent is less,only11.3% of the total.Physical education teachers' age arrangement is reasonable,with the youth as the main.PE Teachers' gender imbalance,the number of female teachers accounted for only 19%.The special distribution of PE teachers is not balanced;in the student resources,72.8% of the students think that it is necessary to set up physical education.Male and female students love sports.There are 76.9% indoor training hall of the school,the construction of small ball facilities also need to strengthen.2.The main city of Dalian ordinary high school physical education curriculum is the opening of the three big ball and track and field oriented,or stay in the traditional project.The characteristics of the school to open the project is not prominent and universal,the new type of project creation rate is low,and the students like the sports project has a large deviation.The teaching mode of "compulsory + elective" is used to carry out teaching,but students in the process of implementation lack the right of independent choice.In the form of teaching organization,all the classes were divided into men and women.84.6% of the schools were adopted for 45 minutes,and 15.4% of the schools adopted the standard of 40 minutes.3.The main city of Dalian ordinary high school physical education is the implementation of the module teaching,Dalian has not yet introduced a unified evaluation criteria.The school teachers pay more attention to the development of students' physical ability and skills,butignore the students' knowledge learning and affective performance.Evaluation subjects mainly for teachers,students' participation is low,only 8.7%.4.sports teaching on the cultivation of students' concept of exercise and 62.3% of the students hold a positive attitude;in the knowledge base,21.9% of students said less aware of and fully understand;in students' skill acquisition,master 1-2 accounted for 30.7%,3-4accounted for 56.1%,four or more accounted for 8.1%,but the degree of master.5.Factors affecting sports teaching effectively including subjective and objective factors.Teachers,26.2% of the teachers to now work not too satisfactory;students,23.6% of the students in physical education to dissatisfaction with the attitude;departments at all levels of the leadership emphasis on sports course is not enough to the sports teaching impact;the school grounds and equipment configuration in difference and restrictions for the sports teaching.In addition,module evaluation at present lack of evaluation criteria,and academic evaluation from teachers and students,resulting in the examination,but also has some influence on the teaching of physical education.
