A Research On Dynamic Model Of Bert Creemers' Educational Effectiveness

The study of school effectiveness(SE)is an educational research that began to develop in the middle and late 1960 s.It originated from the United States and has a history of half a century.The Dutch government always pays great attention to education.As one of the first countries doing educational effectiveness and school improvement(SI),the SE and educational effectiveness(EE)research in the Netherlands has a long history,it is worth of reviewing and learning.This thesis studies Bert Creemers' dynamic model of educational effectiveness,mainly from four different levels: the student level,the classroom level,the school level and the national level,to provide good and beneficial experiences for SE research and development in China.This thesis consists of four parts:Chapter One is the introduction.Firstly,the origin,purpose and content of the research on Bert Creemers' dynamic model of educational effectiveness are explained.Chapter Two defines the five core concepts: "Bert Creemers","effectiveness","school effectiveness","educational effectiveness" and "dynamic model",and then analyses the "educational effectiveness theory" and "educational evaluation theory" related to this study to provide theoretical support for this study.The third chapter first elaborates the source and analyses the framework of the dynamic model of EE,and then elaborates the four aspects of the dynamic model of educational effectiveness: the student level,the classroom level,the school level and the national level.Chapter Four mainly reviews the whole process of the study of Creemers' dynamic model of EE.This thesis describes the development direction of educational effectiveness and the development route of school improvement research from four levels: the student level,the classroom level,the school level and the country level,and summarizes the good experience and enlightenment we can get from the research of Creemers' dynamic model of educational effectiveness.
