With China entering the era of mass higher education, the shortage of educational resources and the imbalance of educational resources between supply and demand in colleges and universities have attracted increasing attention. The sharing of college education resources has become an important path for the development of higher education. With the shared development concept forming a consensus in the whole society, colleges and universities should serve as an important carrier for disseminating knowledge, cultivating talents, conducting scientific research, and serving the society, and should also establish an awareness of effective sharing of educational resources. In recent years, the research on the sharing of educational resources in colleges and universities has emerged in an endless stream, and certain progresses and breakthroughs have been made. However, the study on how to promote sharing effectively, that is,the issue of shared motivation, and the motivation of exactly how to share,is less involved. In view of this, this study has practical significance for the choice of educational resource sharing mode in colleges and universities. In this study, literature analysis method, policy analysis method and system analysis method are used to systematically study the dynamic mechanism of the sharing of educational resources in Chinese universities. It is divided into five parts: The first part is the introduction, which mainly introduces the research background and research significance of this paper. The research status at home and abroad was systematically reviewed, and the main research contents, research methods and innovations of the paper were briefly discussed. The second part is the concept definition and theoretical basis analysis. The dynamic mechanism of the sharing of educational resources in colleges and universities refers to the interaction of various internal and external dynamic factors that promote the sharing of educational resources among colleges and universities. This paper analyzes the subject and object of the sharing of educationalresources in colleges and universities, and uses the internal and external theories of education, social function theory of universities and border-less higher education theory to analyze the dynamic mechanism of the sharing of educational resources in Chinese universities. The third part sorts out the history of the sharing and development of educational resources in Chinese universities according to the changes in national policies. It divides the evolution process into three stages: passive selection, active exploration, and overall development. Then it summarizes domestic and foreign college education resources.Sharing practices, represented by domestic Beijing and Nanjing respectively, and represented by the United States,Japan, and Europe abroad, gave a detailed description of the practice of sharing educational resources in colleges and universities and summarized common experiences. The fourth part analyzes the main factors affecting the driving force of the sharing of educational resources in colleges and universities, and then builds a model for the dynamic mechanism of sharing of educational resources in colleges and universities based on the sailboat dynamic model. Finally, based on the established model,it points out the benefits-driven,technology-driven,government-driven,and main-needs requirements, the resources potential difference and environmental support are the driving forces that affect sharing. The differences in demand among colleges and universities, and excessive pursuit of self-interests and environmental resistance are the resistance factors that affect sharing. The fifth part is mainly based on the sailboat dynamic model put forward the university education resource sharing can achieve the development through the "cohesion","leverage","avoidance" approach.
