Motivation quotient refers to the individual's comprehensive athletic ability quotient,which is the ability of an individual to overcome their own and objective things to perform physical exercise,and to tap and exert their athletic talent and potential.Narrow sense quotient mainly includes athletic quality,athletic psychology,physical function,etc.Nowadays,with the university period for is an important period for people's all-round development,but the physical health of college students has not improved accordingly.Health is an inevitable requirement to promote people's all-round development,and is a basic condition for economic and social development.In the strategic deployment of the Fifth Plenary Session of the Eighteenth Central Committee of the Party,the “Outline of Healthy China 2030” plan was formulated,stating that the people's health and physical fitness should be continuously improved,reflecting the party and the country's strengthening of students' and people's physical health and their quotient Eagerly looking forward to the level.The college student group is the hope of building a new era and national development in China,and is the builder and successor of the socialist cause.At the same time,the university period is an important period for people's all-round development,and their qualities and abilities have developed rapidly during this period.The proposal of quotient has a long-term significance for improving the physical fitness of college students and developing the athletic potential of college students.This article is also based on this,using the literature data method,questionnaire survey method,mathematical statistics method,comparative analysis method,measurement method and other methods.Starting from a practical level,the current status of vivid quotients for non-sports universities in Chengdu is analyzed through investigation and testing of non-sports college students' athletic quality,sports methodpsychology,and physical functions,combined with quotient evaluation systems,formulas and test scales,And explore the weak core points that affect the vivid quotient level of non-sports universities in Chengdu and propose training strategies to improve their quotient level.The conclusions of the study are as follows:(1)There is not a large gap in the level of quotient for effective survey groups,and the overall appearance is a spindle-shaped middle and two small ends.24.8% of the students were at a good level or above;50.8% were at a normal level;24.4% were at a lower or lower level.(2)The level of male quotient is slightly higher than that of female.Mainly high in sports psychology,but boys 'sports quality and physical function scores are lower than girls' scores,and girls 'sports psychology scores are lower than boys' scores.(3)Provincial school students have higher quotations than municipal school students at different school levels.Municipal school students have higher quotations than subordinate school students,that is,provincial> municipal> ministry.(4)In different majors,the quotient of students of the above majors is higher than that of science majors,and that of science majors is higher than that of art majorsIe Liberal Arts > Science > Art.(5)There are no significant differences in vivid quotients for non-sports universities from different student origins and families.(6)The weak points of the vivid quotient of non-sports universities in this survey are:lack of strength in sports quality,low scores for pull-ups and sit-ups;weakness in physical function is weight,especially for themselves Weight gain is greater than strength gain;the aspect of sports psychology is that sports intelligence and sports comprehension scores under the dimension of sports awareness.Based on this,the following promotion strategies are proposed:(1)control weight and enhance strength;(2)strengthen multiple evaluation mechanism to stimulate students' internal driving force;(3)create a good campus sports atmosphere;(4)spread the concept of mobile business change and guide behavior.
