Research Objective: China’s children’s physical health problems have attracted widespread attention,and when dealing with problems such as children’s physical decline,sports are often used as an effective means to improve children’s physical health.Through the study of the relevant literature of moving business,it is known that the development of moving business needs to be carried out from childhood,and the development,cultivation,and exercise of children’s mobile business through certain physical exercise,to promote the development of physical and mental health.Calisthenics is a combination of music and body rhythm,cultivating emotions while cultivating students’ flexibility,coordination,etc.,which are irreplaceable for other sports.Through teaching practice,this study explores the influence of aerobics teaching on the vivid quotient of first-grade primary schools and provides a theoretical reference for related research.Research Methods: In this study,the literature method,questionnaire method,interview method,experimental method and mathematical statistics method were used.The 60 students were randomly divided into experimental and control groups and customized a 12-week teaching plan.The experimental group carried out calisthenics teaching,and the control group carried out regular physical education teaching and calculated the pre-and post-experiment quotient data by mathematical statistics,and the results were compared and analyzed.Research results:(1)Physical function dimension: including lung capacity index,there was no significant difference in lung capacity between the experimental group and the control group before and after the experiment(p>0.05).(2)Physical fitness dimension: including body index BMI index,BMI index before and after the experiment and control group did not have a significant difference(p>0.05).(3)Sports quality dimension: including 50-meter running,sitting forward bending and one-minute skipping rope.There were different changes in the three indexes of male and female students before and after the experiment(p<0.05)in the experimental group,there were significant differences in the 50-meter running before and after the experiment(p<0.05)between the boys in the control group before and after the experiment,there was no significant difference between sitting forward bending and one-minute skipping rope(p>0.05),and the three indexes(p<0.05)were different between the girls in the control group before and after the experiment.(4)Sports psychological dimension: There were significant differences between boys and girls in the experimental group and the control group before and after the experiment(p<0.05),and the exercise psychological dimension of the boys and girls in the experimental group was significantly improved compared with the boys and girls in the control group before and after the experiment.(5)Dimension of dynamic quotient assignment evaluation: There were significant differences between men and women in the experimental group and the control group before and after the experiment(p<0.05),and the value of the dynamic quotient assignment before and after the experiment was significantly improved between the boys and girls in the experimental group compared with the control group.Conclusions:(1)In terms of physical function dimension,there was no significant difference in lung capacity indicators between the experimental group and the control group,the lung capacity of the experimental group was significantly improved compared with that of the control group,and the growth rate of male students’ lung capacity indicators was significantly higher than that of female students.(2)In terms of physical fitness,there was no significant difference in BMI indicators between the experimental group and the control group.BMI index is mainly composed of height and weight,although the height and weight of the experimental group and the control group do not change significantly in a short period of time,but the body posture of the experimental group is better than that of the control group.(3)In terms of sports quality dimension,the experimental group and the control group in the anterior flexion index of sitting body had a significant improvement effect;The experimental group and the control group in the 50-meter running project had a significant improvement effect.The experimental group and the control group in the one-minute skipping index had a significant improvement effect.In future teaching activities,activities in upper and lower limb strength exercises and body flexibility should be added.Calisthenics teaching is significantly better than conventional physical education in terms of athletic quality.(4)In terms of sports psychology,compared with conventional physical education teaching in the experimental group,both have significant psychological improvement effects,and the experimental group’s interest in exercise after the experiment is significantly higher than that in the control group.(5)First-grade primary school students can improve their motivational business level whether they participate in calisthenics teaching or regular physical education teaching,and the impact of calisthenics teaching on first-grade primary school students tends to be significant.(6)Calisthenics teaching has a role in promoting the vivid business level of firstgrade primary schools,which can be further promoted,designing different movements according to the physical and mental characteristics of first-grade students,choosing different music,and increasing the participation of first-grade primary school students to improve their interest in learning.
