Research On Technical Characteristics Of Interruption Of Combination Movements From The Perspective Of Winning Factors In Competitive Trampoline

As a competitive sport,the trampoline project has its own unique competition rules.If the set action is interrupted during the competition,it is not allowed to restart the competition.An interruption in a set means the end of the competition,it is also called "sudden death” in the industry.In this study,through research and analysis of literature,video observation,mathematical statistics and logical analysis,with the data surveyed from objects of major international events in 2018-2019,the technical characteristics of the interruption of complete sets of movements are studied and discussed from the perspective of winning factors,in order to protect the game Provide a theoretical basis for success rate and perfect athletes' athletic ability.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)The winning factors of competitive trampolines are constantly developing and evolving with the revision of the project and the scoring rules.At present,the project has entered a new high-level maintenance development stage that the difficulty and trampoline-height level that athletes achieved have been significantly improved.The revision of the rules clearly focuses on "accuracy" and "stableness" of trampoline actions.(2)According to the statistics of major international trampoline events in 2018-2019,the total percentage of interruptions in the finals was 20.53%,and the interruption rate of male athletes was greater than that of female.The two countries with the highest success rates were Japan and Belarus,with a 100% success rate for the Japanese women's team and 91.67% for the Belarusian men's team.(3)From the action position,the third and fourth actions have the highest interruption rate,accounting for 18.42% and 26.32% respectively,followed by the sixth and eighth actions.This characteristic associate with action's difficulty,height and stableness.(4)Judging from the type of movement,the interruption ratio of tuck jump and pike jump are the same and higher than that of free bounce;the back-somersault interruption ratio is higher than the front somersault,in which the double somersault is interrupted most.This characteristic is related to the difficulty and accuracy of action.(5)In terms of action difficulty,the relationship between the difficulty value and the success rate is non-linear,and the highest interruption rate is the action with a difficulty value of 1.4 to 1.6 points.This feature is related to accuracy and stableness.According to the above conclusions,suggestions for improving the success rate are as follows:(1)For "height" and "difficulty",strengthen athletes' physical training and special training for muscle control,choose appropriate difficulty actions,and scientifically arrange sets.(2)Focus on "accuracy" and "stableness",strengthen the refinement and automation of basic technology,pay attention to the special capabilities and individual differences in technological development,and teach according to aptitude.(3)Pay attention to the psychological training of athletes,inspire and guide in terms of theory and practice,and actively promote the development of athletes' psychological quality and the improvement of psychological adjustment ability.
