Learning support services which was originally from UK Open University is aimed at remote education field.It means that it provides a series of supportive service including information,resource,personnel and equipment service to direct learners to learn in progress,gain knowledge,finally realize their dreams.With the increasing development of times and education,learning support service's affect is not only of great importance to remote education,but also to other educational aspects,including full-time education,full-time vocational education,enterprise training.A wonderful comprehensive learning service can offer learners a good learning environment,good learning resources as well as corresponding learning support.Nowadays the study of learning supportive service mostly focuses on modern distance network,distance training,and only some of the studies are about the learning supportive service in ordinary universities.However,learning supportive service also plays a vital role in part-time education Educators have already realized that each type of learners in each level should be provided specific learning support service.Most previous learning support services just focus on the learning objectives itself,but ignore the perception and experience of the oriented-learner itself,which therefore cannot satisfy the real appeal of the learner.Therefore,the building as well as optimizing of the learning service based on perceived value of the learner has become the crux for the sustainable development of education and the insurance in promoting the effects of learning and study and learner's need.In education field,different learners have different understanding and classification of learning support services.Some have classified it into educating and non-educating support services.Some have classified it into pre-support service,while-support service and post-support service.However,there hasn't existed a study to classify the education owing to perceived value of learners.Staring from the research of the related literature as well as building the model of perceived value combined the current situation of K college,this paper carries out a comprehensive survey on existing learning support services,including its current situation,requirement and satisfaction.The paper also analyzes the problem and position of the learner who uses this learning support services to propos a new plan to optimize the learning support service as well as construct the new module.We put forward the optimized strategies from acquisition value,emotional value,function value and social value.We will make a survey on students and teachers of K school for over 1 year.In practice,we'll verify the practical use of optimized learning support service based on perceived value.
