The Research On The Support Service Of Learner-centered Distance Learning

Learning support service is the premise and basis of the remote education andfaultless learning support service is a guarantee to ensure the good quality of teachingand learning. With the fast development of IT and the ongoing strengthened learnercentered idea, people, as the learning subject, are playing a guiding role on the entirefurther education. In the environment of modern remote education, how to establishthe learner-centered distance learning support service has been an important issuewhich need prompt research and settlement to meet the learners’ need in the respect ofimproving the learners’ ability of autonomous learning, assistance learning andlife-long learning.In the guidance of the modern remote education theory and humanism demandtheory, this thesis discusses the learner centered distance learning support service inthe way of documentary research method, questionnaire method and interviewmethod. On the basis of analyzing and studying the current situation both at home andabroad, have combed relevant concept and theoretical foundation of learning tosupport the service remotely, and then to studying the existing problem of supportservice carries on the analysis remotelying, obtain learn support composition keyelement of service, construct long-range study that regard learner as the centre supportservice.This research mainly combines the actual conditions of Xuzhou area, I make aquestionnaire about the current situation of distance learning support service, use theSPSS17.0to statistic data, and analyses the result by Scale formula such asPercentage calculation method and so on. In analyzes the learner to have the problemin the study support service in the foundation, it discusses the subject, executor,content, hardware support and environment and system guarantee. Finally, it designthe structural chart of learner centered distance learning support service and amendthe chart according to the opinions of the comprehensive interview, make it a betterservice to students ’ autonomous learning and self-growth.
