?The Preschool Children(3-6 Years Old)Sports Guide?points out that exercise is the just-needed need for healthy growth of young children and is the foundation for "complete children" who develop comprehensive physical,mental and social development.Kindergarten sports collective teaching activities are an important form of children's participation in sports,and male teachers play an important role in early childhood physical education.In recent years,with the increasing number of male teachers,the issue of educational effectiveness has received more and more attention from the industry.Based on the above considerations,this study focuses on the interaction between teachers and children,the core element of the quality of education,and explores the interaction between teachers and children in the collective teaching activities of male teachers.In this study,the CLASS classroom interactive evaluation system was used as a research tool to observe and evaluate 33 physical education collective teaching activities organized by 15 male kindergarten teachers in four cities and cities of Fujian Province,and the data were analyzed by SPSS24.0.Descriptive analysis and difference analysis are used to analyze the current situation of teacher-child interaction in physical education collective teaching activities.At the same time,combined with case analysis and interview method,from the emotional support of CLASS system,class organization,This paper summarizes the characteristics of teacher-child interaction of physical education collective teaching activities in the three major fields of educational support,and summarizes the characteristics of teacher-child interaction from teachers,young children and social support.This paper analyzes the reasons that affect the interaction between teachers and children,and finally puts forward some suggestions to improve the quality of teacher-child interaction in collective physical education activities of male teachers.The research results show that the quality of teacher-child interaction in the teaching activities of kindergarten male teachers is generally at a medium level.The results of the difference analysis of teachers' professional background,teaching age and children's age show that the quality of teacher-child interaction in physical education is significantlybetter than that of pre-school education teachers;the higher the teacher's age,the higher the quality of teacher-child interaction;the age of children There is no significant correlation between the quality of the teacher-child interaction.Kindergarten male teachers are generally active and enthusiastic in the sports and group teaching activities,but the phenomenon of ridicule and disrespect is sporadic;teacher control is more than the child's autonomy;lack of emotional response and personalized support;teachers flexibly change roles and use materials to participate effectively Activities;children actively participate in interaction;behavior management negative strategies more than positive strategies;transition time is too long and ineffective;verbal communication and physical dialogue complement each other;closedness problems are more than open questions;teachers' verbal negatives are more than suggestive help.Combined with the literature and teacher interview data,the teacher's physical education ability,male teacher's gender traits,physical education teacher personality traits,class routines,children's existing exercise experience and physical quality,children's exercise load,kindergarten sports atmosphere,male Factors such as the social status of kindergarten teachers are important factors that affect the quality of teacher-child interaction.Finally,from the teachers,kindergarten,society three aspects to improve the kindergarten male teachers physical education group teaching activities teacher-child interaction quality suggestions: teachers should create a warm interactive atmosphere for young children,improve scientific activities organization,Providing appropriate educational support;Kindergarten should actively promote the establishment of the professional development community of male teachers,promote male teachers to cooperate and communicate,help each other and develop together,and the society should promote the professional identity of male kindergarten teachers and establish a continuous and coherent training system.
