For a long time, under the influence of Chinese traditional culture and Confucianism, the main responsibility of Chinese women in the family is to take care of the family, take care of the husband and educate the children, rather than to earn money to support the family and assume more family responsibilities. After entering the 21 st century, with the development of economic globalization and the cultural integration between countries,Chinese women began to enter the workplace, pursue professional development, and with their own efforts, gradually rose to the management level of enterprises and became female executives. In recent years, more and more because the number of women in senior management team, for the management and development of enterprises play a crucial role,so academia began to study the role of senior women, women executives on the company's growth and the influence of female executives impact on business performance, etc.,but so far,for female executives have promoting effect on a company's performance, also didn't get a consistent conclusion. Therefore, this paper takes the companies listed in Shanghai and Shenzhen from 2015 to 2017 as samples to study the impact of female participation in the executive team on the innovation performance of enterprises, and from the perspective of human capital,to study whether there is a moderating relationship between entrepreneur human capital and female participation in the executive team and the innovation performance of enterprises. This paper firstly summarizes the relationship between the human capital of female executives and entrepreneurs and the innovation performance of enterprises from four basic theories, namely the high-level echelon theory, female leadership style theory, human capital theory and resource dependence theory. Then,on the basis of previous studies, the research hypothesis of the influence of female executives on the innovation performance of listed companies in China is put forward, and the research hypothesis of the moderating effect of entrepreneur human capital on the relationship between female executives and enterprise innovation performance is further put forward by taking entrepreneur human capital as the regulating variable. Then, regression analysis was used to verify the relationship between sample female executives and enterprise innovation performance and the moderating effect of entrepreneurs' human capital. The results are as follows :(1)there is an "inverted ushaped" relationship between female executives and the innovation performance of enterprises;(2)the intellectual capital relationship of entrepreneurs' human capital positively regulates the relationship between female executives and enterprise innovation performance;(3)the entrepreneurial ability relationship of entrepreneur human capital positively moderates the relationship between female executives and enterprise innovation performance.(4)the entrepreneur experience relationship of entrepreneur human capital has no regulating effect on the relationship between female executives and enterprise innovation performance. This research not only expands the theories related to the innovation performance of female executives and listed companies in China, but also has important practical value for the employment guidance of modern women. On the one hand, the enterprise may be appropriately increased the proportion of female executives to optimize enterprise senior team configuration,on the other hand, female executives in office can participate in training or continuing education courses in order to increase their knowledge capital, and made them in the process of enterprise management have more opportunities, play a unique role of female executives.
