Objective: To analyze the physical activity level and basic motor skills development characteristics of preschool children, and to explore the relationship between physical strength level and basic motor skills development.Subjects and Methods : Of the three kindergartens in Shenyang,113 male and female children aged 4-6 who were able to participate in the daily activities of the kindergarten, were physically and mentally healthy, developed normally, and had no congenital physical disease or defect were the subjects of this study. The literature data method, experimental test method and mathematical statistics method were used to complete the research. Results: The average daily SB time of girls was higher than that of boys(P <0.01).The average daily MPA time of boys was higher than that of girls(P < 0.01).The average daily VPA time of boys was significantly higher than that of girls(P <0.01).;The average daily TPA time of boys was significantly higher than that of girls(P <0.01);The proportion of boys with an average daily MVPA time reaching health benefits was higher than that of girls;the average daily MVPA time for children aged4-5 years reached health benefit Above 5-6 years old children. The average daily SB time of boys was significantly positively correlated with age(r = 0.340);the average daily MPA time of boys was significantly negatively correlated with age(r =-0.280);The average daily VPA time of boys was related to age shows a very significant negative correlation(r =-0.340);The average daily MPA time of girls is significantly negatively related to their age(r =-0.392);the average daily SB time of normal-weight children is higher than that of overweight and obese Children(P <0.05);the average daily physical activity energy expenditure of overweight and obese children was higher than that of normal-weight children(P<0.01).The development level of boys 'manipulation skills is better than that of girls(P<0.01);The development level of boys' displacement skills, manipulation skills, and stability skills has a significantly positive correlation with their age(r = 0.630;r =0.445,r = 0.381);There was a significant positive correlation between the level of manipulation skills and their age(r = 0.314).There was no significant difference in basic motor skills between normal weight children and overweight and obese children(P> 0.05).The age of 4-5 year old boys has a very significant positive correlation with the development of their manipulation skills(r = 0.552),the time of TPA has a significantpositive correlation with the development of their manipulation skills(r = 0.383);VPA time has a very significant positive correlation with the development of displacement skills and manipulation skills(r = 0.444,r = 0.503);there is no significant correlation between the basic motor skill level of girls and their physical activity time. Conclusion: 1.There is a gender difference in the physical activity level of preschool children, and the physical activity level of boys is generally higher than that of girls;changes in age can cause changes in physical activity levels of preschool children, and the level of physical activity declines with increasing age;The number of preschool children who are physically insufficient is relatively high;the level of physical activity is not the main cause of overweight and obesity in preschool children.2.There is a gender difference in the development level of fundamental motor skills of preschool children. The development level of fundamental motor skills of boys is generally higher than that of girls;the development level of fundamental motor skills of preschool children increases with their age;the occurrence of overweight and obesity does not Affects the development of fundamental motor skills for preschool children.3.The physical activity level of preschool boys has a positive effect on the development of fundamental motor skills;the physical activity level of preschool girls is not the main reason that affects the development of fundamental motor skills.
