A Case Study Of Family Systematic Treatment Mode Involved In Family Parent-child Conflict Of Accompanying Students In Cities

More and more rural parents choose to go to the city with their children because of the influence of the "merger and consolidation adjustment" of rural schools,the uneven distribution of educational resources and the continuous improvement of parents' emphasis on their children's education.The change of the original family life style and the shift of parents' life focus increase the possibility of parent-child conflict,which is not conducive to the healthy operation of the family system.It is necessary for social work to intervene in the conflict between parents and children in urban families.This study takes H county of B city of Liaoning Province as the research object,and adopts qualitative research method,aiming to explore a new case model of social work involved in the conflict of parent-child relationship of the accompanying families.On the basis of literature review,this paper analyzes the current situation of the parent-child relationship of the accompanying families in the city,and analyzes the changes of the family relationship before and after the accompanying reading.Finally,three groups of families with obvious parent-child relationship problems were selected to participate in the case work.With the adjustment of family triangle as the main goal and starting point,this paper reconstructs the family triangle through the adjustment of family communication and the input of family related concepts,so as to improve the ability of self differentiation of family members.With Bowen's family system theory as the main theoretical support,and in the actual intervention using family system therapy mode,using certain professional skills of social work to achieve the task goal.At the end of the case,a further visit was made to consolidate the service effect.Through the intervention of this case,the number of parent-child conflicts in the three groups of families was significantly reduced,the communication was more smooth,and a better family atmosphere was formed.It can be found that a good family triangle relationship is the premise of family members to achieve a high degree of self differentiation,and the family system therapy mode can make some modifications in the family triangle relationship.Through the intervention ofindividual cases,workers establish a new triangular relationship and form a new system,which can effectively relieve the pressure and conflict in the family and reduce the parent-child conflict.In addition,the author thinks about the conflict between parents and children in the accompanying families,and puts forward another kind of intervention conjecture,which provides new ideas for the intervention of the accompanying families in the future.
