With the advent of the information age,new technologies,new ideas and new models have become a powerful driving force for the development of education and teaching.Micro video as a new type of teaching resources with extremely strong vitality,its lightweight flexible,short,the repetition of the same characteristics,but can be targeted to solve teacher repeated labor problems in the teaching,cultivate students' autonomous learning ability,meet the requirements of students in different levels,and promote the emergence and development of the new-type teaching mode.Hybrid teaching has flexible teaching forms,and there are also many research experiences combining with MOOC,SPOC,flipped classroom,micro-class,micro-video and other resources.However,most of them describe the design and production of micro-video,and few talk about how to use micro-video in hybrid teaching.This research adopts literature analysis method combing hybrid teaching and the related data of micro video teaching,this research background,significance,elaborates the current situation,purpose,method,on video,hybrid defined the concept of teaching,teaching mode,this paper expounds the theory of constructivism,multimedia learning cognitive theory,this research learning theory of micro support.This paper analyzes the current situation of information technology teaching and the feasibility of implementing micro-video application process based on hybrid teaching in information technology classroom.Through reading the literature,analyze the influence factors of the learning effect under the mixed teaching mode;Through the analysis of typical teaching cases,it is determined that "micro-video resources" have a great influence on the learning effect.According to this,"application flow of micro-video in hybrid teaching mode" is proposed,and the selection and application strategies of micro-video resources in each stage are clarified.Questionnaires were used to collect the learning interest data of the subjects in the experiment.The experimental research method is adopted to design the information technology classroom experiment scheme based on the micro-video application process of hybrid teaching,carry out the quasi-experimental research,collect and analyzethe data,and draw the research conclusion: "micro-video resources" based on hybrid teaching mode can improve students' learning interest and learning effect.
