Research On Network Public Opinion's Influence On Society And Optimization Path

In the current era,the network technology develops rapidly,the value of the Internet platform is increasing day by day,and the network public opinion developed with the continuous improvement of the network function plays a major role in the process of social construction and development.In the new historical period,the network public opinion is the inevitable product in the course of the development of the Internet.In recent years,the influence of the network public opinion has been further expanded.At the same time,Internet public opinion has continued the pros and cons of the Internet and has become an important way for the public to participate in social life,participate in politics and realize democracy.The realization of the democratic rights of citizens needs to rely on effective supervision,in which online public opinion is an objective form of expression and a reliable guarantee for the implementation of civil political rights.In the age of the Internet,the Internet has been used in all fields of social life,and the anonymity,interaction,and virtualization of the Internet,which is the modern medium itself,have brought about a certain impact on social life,especially leading to many negative abilities.For example,network language extreme and many other issues.If these problems can not be reasonably solved,then online public opinion can not develop healthily.Therefore,in the Internet era,it is extremely important to strengthen online public opinion.This study reveals the conditions for the formation of online public opinion,pointing out that the rise of the Internet has laid the material foundation for the formation of online public opinion,and the frequent occurrence of public crisis events has activated the formation factor of online public opinion,and the deepening of social democratic consciousness has provided the possibility for the rise of online public opinion.Through case analysis and questionnaire survey,this study points out that there are two aspects of social influence of online public opinion: positive and negative effects.The positive impact of online public opinion on society mainly lies in: opening up new ways for the public to reflect the problems,strengthening the integration of traditional media,promoting the coordinated development of society,broadening the way for the people to participate in and discuss politics,and promoting social democratization;The negative effects include: the network public opinion information is mixed,the supervision efficiency is interfered,the social contradiction is aggravated,the virtual and the reality disconnection causes the supervision difficulty.The root of the negative social impact lies in the lack of technical supervision,the lack of legal system,and the need to improve public media literacy.In view of the negative impact of the network public opinion,this study proposes that we should promote the quality education of the whole people,strengthen the construction of network culture,improve the quality of the majority of netizens,raise the level of standardization of network public opinion,refine the legal regulation,and ensure the standardized development of network public opinion.
